CONNEXION AU WEBMAIL
1 – Se connecter sur http://inside.neoma-bs.fr
2 – Dans la catégorie « Applications et services » (à droite de
l’écran), choisir le lien « WebMail »
SYNCHRONISATION AVEC UN SYSTÈME EXTÉRIEUR
Cette procédure est générale et s’applique à tout terminal,
tablette, smartphone, ordinateur compatible Microsoft
Exchange
1 – Créer un nouveau compte de messagerie
Paramètres > Email+Comptes > Ajouter
Paramètres > Mails,contacts,Calendrier > Ajouter
Menu > Paramètres > Comptes et synchro > Ajouter
Ouvrir Outlook > Configuration manuelle
2 – Choisir « Exchange » ou Outlook pour Windows Mobile
3 – Remplir les informations suivantes :
Email : [email protected]
Utilisateur : prenom.nom.15@first
Domaine : Laisser vide
Serveur : webmail.neoma-bs.fr
Cocher la case « Nécessite une connexion SSL »
IT Support
Reims : 1A052 et 2A026
Rouen : B017 et G037

Settings > Account+Mail > Add an account
Settings > Mails,Contacts,Calendar > Add
Menu > Settings > Account and Sync > Add
Open Outlook > Setup manually
2 – Select « Exchange » or Outlook for Windows Mobile
3 – Fill the form as follow:
Email adress: [email protected]
User: firstname.lastname.15@first
Domain: Leave empty
Server: webmail.neoma-bs.fr
Check « Requires an encrypted SSL connection »
