Avignon is very crowded in Autumn and hotels are quickly
full. An important allotment of rooms has been ever booked
untill June 28, 2008 for the conference participants.
Rooms of three hotel categories, located in the Avignon
city centre (intra-muros) are now at your disposal.
You can complete the Hotel Reservation Form on-line at
www.sfen.fr - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - to guarantee each
request. After this date, accommodation will be provided
depending on availability only. RMG is the housing bureau

General sales conditions
A hotel deposit is needed to guarantee your room,
equivalent to one night cost. Booking requests will be
treated in order of arrival.
No registration will be accepted without the appropriate
documentation and payment asked for.
An invoice will be raised by the hotel at the end of your
stay, the deposit deducted (9€ per room), excluding
administrative fees and a local tax, per person & per day
of 1.18 € to 0,85 €.
In the event of cancellation: Refunds will be made only
until July 28, 2008. The administrative fees will not be
reimbursed.
