Packages for travel to US
Using the information in the roaming features document, you can add a package
for 30 days that will diminish the cost to operate during a trip outside of Canada.
In order to request this coverage, please send an email request outlining the
times of travel and the package you wish to purchase. The package will be added
and the user will be responsible for reimbursing UNE for the costs incurred.
BlackBerry App Store
Any costs incurred by purchasing apps through the BlackBerry App World will
need to be reimbursed to the UNE. The app will clearly state that there is a price
involved in purchasing that particular app.
Fraudulent text subscriptions
Some companies are doing well at sending texts which result in a charge through
the Bell bill, and subscribing people without their expressed permission. If you
receive any text message that you do not expect or recognize, immediately
respond STOP to the text.
