Thank you to all of the authors of the Organizational Theory Division. I am quite pleased to see a
substantial number of quality submissions this year.
The program for this year would not have been possible without the support of a extraordinary set
of peer reviewers, who volunteered their time and energy to give prompt and helpful guidance to
our authors – a heartfelt thank you! You made my work as academic reviewer much easier.
My appreciation and thanks also goes to the Best Paper Award Committee, which was composed
of Tina Dacin, Rajshree Prakesh, Glen Dowell, and Wesley Sine, who all volunteered their time
to help select among an excellent set of papers.
I was very fortunate to receive the consistently timely support of past Academic Reviewers,
Marc-David Seidel and John Usher. Thank you both for all of your help and advice throughout
the review process.
I hope that you will enjoy this year’s program, and I look forward to seeing even more quality
submissions for next year in Halifax!

J’adresse mes remerciements à tous les auteurs de la section Théorie des organisations. J’ai eu le
plaisir de constater cette année un grand nombre de soumissions d’une qualité exceptionnelle.
Le programme de cette année n’eût pas été possible sans l’appui d’un ensemble de réviseurs
extraordinaires issus de nos rangs, qui ont consacré bénévolement leur temps et leur énergie à
fournir promptement des conseils avisés à nos auteurs – merci de tout cœur ! Vous avez facilité
ma tâche de réviseur académique.
J’exprime aussi mon appréciation et mes remerciements au Comité du Prix pour la meilleure
communication, composé de Tina Dacin, Rajshree Prakesh, Glen Dowell, et Wesley Sine, qui ont
tous offert leur temps bénévolement pour aider à choisir parmi tous ces excellents articles.
J’ai eu la chance de bénéficier du soutien constant et judicieux d’anciens responsables de
