LE PIC
ARTISAN FRESH & SOFT-RIPENED GOAT CHEESES
FROM SOUTHERN FRANCE
In the 1970s, a couple living in Paris left the city to embrace a new life of farming, deciding to settle
in the Southern rural region of Tarn, near the picturesque village of Penne, to start breeding goats.
30 years later, the 2 sons are taking over the reins of what is now a family artisan dairy employing
14 people, perpetuating their parent’s knowledge and values, but adding their own modern touch to
make new cheeses and offer the most creative and delicious range !
The milk is collected daily in the 6 surroundings farms working with the dairy, where the goats are
given a rich and natural food. The cheeses are hand-made 6 days per week with the raw, untreated
milk. The raw milk allows the cheeses to release all their aromas and characteristic tastes to obtain
the most specific and intense flavour.
