> BCF 750 B3 è una schiuma monocomponente ad indurimento che reagisce con l’umidità. La
miscela di propellenti è priva di CFC, HFC e HCFC ed è così conforme al progetto di direttiva
imminente del parlamento europeo e del consiglio inerente determinati propellenti fluorurati ad
effetto serra KOM (2003) 492, 2003/0189 (COD), come pure alla direttiva dei alogeni CFC 3093/94
CE e all’ordinanza svizzera sulle sostanze, nonché alle normative dell’associazione climatica austriaca. La schiuma BCF B3 incolla tutti i materiali da costruzione, ad eccezione del polietilene,
silicone, oli e grassi, prodotti di separazione o simili. È inoltre antinvecchiante, ma non sopporta i
raggi ultravioletti. I valori termici e di insonorizzazione sono eccellenti. La schiuma BCF B3 trova
applicazione nei lavori di incollaggio e isolamento, per es. lavori di montaggio dei rivestimenti di
porta, lavori di isolamento ed ermetizzazione delle connessure di finestre, come pure riempimento
controllato e a regola d’arte per la costruzione di finestre e tapparelle. Ma anche per il riempimento
delle connessure dei rivestimenti di porta esterni, come pure per riempire con materiale espanso
piccole rotture murali o altre cavità. I suddetti prodotti vengono impiegati anche nell’edilizia del
soprassuolo, dove occorre ermettizzare piastre, puntellature intonacate o simili.
BCF B2 è una schiuma monocomponente autoespandente e autoestinguente, pronta all’uso,
basata su poliuretani (contiene un propellente che non danneggia l’ozono atmosferico), che indurisce con l’umidità atmosferica. BCF B2 ha un’ eccellente adesione su varie superfici come
cemento, murature, legno, metallo, alluminio e vetro (ottima nel fissaggio di porte e finestre

e nella sigillatura di tubi e condotti). La schiuma ha un’ottima capacità riempitiva di buchi ed
avvallamenti, può essere utilizzata anche per isolamento sonoro e termico. Allo spessore di 15
cm. BCF B2 contiene uno speciale prepolimero (diphe/nilethane di/isocyanato) in combinazione
con una miscela HFC e idrocarbonatio utilizzati in funzione di propellente.
BCF 750 REI è una schiuma poliuretanica monocomponente, autoespandente, pronta all’uso.
La schiuma contiene propellenti innocui per l’ozono; la miscela di propellenti è esente da CFC e
HCFC. La BCF 750 REI garantisce una resistenza al fuoco da un minimo di REI 90 ad un massimo
di REI 180 (si veda pagina successiva). I test di resistenza al fuoco REI verificano il tempo entro
il quale il campione in esame (componente o struttura) conserva la stabilità R, la tenuta E e
l’isolamento I, definiti dal D.M. 30/11 del 1983 paragrafo 1.11. Il prodotto garantisce efficiente
sigillatura di isolamento da fumo e gas, elevato isolamento termico ed acustico, adesione sulla
maggior parte dei substrati (ad eccezione di Teflon PE e PP).
La schiuma BCF 750 TC aut per pistola è una schiuma poliuretanica autoespandente monocomponente ad indurimento che reagisce con l’umidità. Nasce dall’esigenza specifica per
l’adesione e insolazione di coperture, di tetti e tegole. Permangono inoltre le caratteristiche
su varie superfici come cemento, murature, legno, metallo, alluminio e vetro. La schiuma ha
un’ottima capacità riempitiva di buchi ed avvallamenti, può essere utilizzata anche per isolamento sonoro e termico.

> BCF 750 B3 is a mono-component hardening foam that reacts to humidity. The propellant
mixture has no CFC, HFC and HCFC, thus conforms to the imminent European Parliament
and Council draft directive re certain greenhouse effect fluoridated propellants KOM (2003)
492, 2003/0189 (COD), to the directive on CFC 3093/94 EC halogens, to the Swiss ordinance on substances and to the Austrian Climate Association regulations. BCF B3 foam glues
all construction materials except polyethylene, silicon, oils and grease, separation products
or similar. It is anti-aging, but cannot stand ultra-violet rays. Its thermal and sound-proofing
values are excellent. BCF B3 foam can be used for gluing and insulation jobs; for example: assembling door coatings, insulating and sealing window gaps, and in the controlled,
workmanlike filling needed to build windows and blinds. And to fill in joints in outer door
coatings and to fill small wall breakages or other cavities with foamed material. Said products are used in above-ground building where plates have to be sealed, plastering shored
or similar.
BCF B2 is a self-expanding, self-extinguishing, mono-component, ready-to-use foam
based on polyurethane (it contains a propellant that does not damage the ozone layer)
which hardens with humidity. BCF B2 adheres perfectly to different surfaces like cement,
brickwork, wood, metal, aluminium and glass (excellent when fixing doors and windows

and sealing pipes and ducts). The foam has an excellent hole and depression filling capacity and can be used for sound-proofing and lagging. 15 cm thick, BCF B2 contains a
special pre-polymer (diphe/nilethane di-isocyanate) in combination with a HFC and hydrocarbonate mixture used as a propellant.
BCF 750 REI is a mono-component, polyurethane, self-expanding, ready-to-use foam. This
foam contains harmless propellants for the ozone layer; the propellant mixture contains no
CFC and HCFC. BCF 750 REI guarantees fire-resistance from a minimum of REI 90 to a maximum of REI 180 (see next page). The REI fire-resistance tests check the time within which
the sample being tested (component or structure) keeps its stability R, seal E and insulation
I, defined by Ministerial Decree 30/11 of 1983 paragraph 1.11. The product guarantees
effective insulation from smoke and gas, high lagging and sound-proofing, adhesion to
most sub-layers (except for Teflon PE and PP).
BCF 750 TC aut is a single–component polyurethane assembly foam; this foam is better
used to seal and isolate roofing tile; it also adheres to all common building materials such
as concrete, brickwork, wood, metals, aluminium and glass; This foam is suitable to fill
breakthroughs in walls and other cavities and has a good sound and thermal insulating
capability; it’s particularly used for REI door and fireproof walls.
