Les paiements sont à faire à l’ordre de Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux – CEB – ou par carte de crédit CBVISA EUROCARDMASTERCARD ou AMERICAN EXPRESS. CONFIRMATION A réception de la fiche d’inscription dûment remplie, chaque participant recevra une confirmation de son inscription avec les bons de réduction de transport. Les confirmations ne seront pas envoyées pour les inscriptions reçues après le 29 octobre 2007. ANNULATION Les annulations se font par écrit à Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux. Avant le 10 Octobre 2007 : remboursement des sommes perçues, moins 25% pour frais de gestion. Passée cette date, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. PAYMENT Registration forms must be returned with the corresponding amount. All payments must be made by cheques made out to Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux – CEB or by credit card (VISAEUROCARDMASTERCARDAMERICAN EXPRESS). CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of the registration fee, each participant will receive confirmation of his registration with vouchers giving a right to reductions on transport. No confirmation will be sent for registration forms received after October 29, 2007 CANCELLATION To be made by mail to Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux. Cancellations received before October 10, 2007: refund of fees, less 25% for administrative charges. After this date, no refund at all. Les bons de réduction seront envoyés avec la confirmation d’inscription. Le cachet du congrès devra être apposé sur les billets achetés avec la réduction pendant la conférence. Participants will benefit from a special reduction on AIR FRANCE flights (up to 60% discount depending on flight), and on the SNCF railway network (25%). The vouchers will be sent together with the confirmation of registration. Tickets bought with these vouchers must be stamped at the secretariat during the congress.
