After a scrubbing treatment, apply
the gel (300ml for a full body
treatment) in thick layer with a brush.
The client is placed in a plastic sheet
and a warming blanket. Duration: 30
to 40 minutes.
Green tea provides the body with numerous health enhancing
components. Young leaves are promptly dried to prevent the oxidation of
active ingredients such as polyphenols, flavonoids, vitaminC, vitamin E,
and theanine, an active similar to caffein. Theanine comes from green
tea leaves and is known for its lipolytic effects while draining toxins out of
tissues. Green tea is one of the major plant used for its slimming
properties. Flavonoids, vitamin C & E in green tea have a high
antioxidant activity.
