Collegato al sistema di rimontaggio, serve ad irrorare il cappello della vinaccia
con vino aspirato dal fondo; il contatto tra vino e vinaccia garantisce così in
breve tempo un intenso assorbimento di colore e la produzione di vini rossi di
più alta e costante qualità.
Viene proposto in varie tipologie:
• irroratore a reazione costituito da un braccio in acciaio inox raccordato
all’interno del tetto superiore; compie una roteazione a 360° per inerzia del
liquido aspirato dalla pompa di rimontaggio
• irroratore azionato da motovariatore di adeguata potenza; svolge la medesima
funzione con roteazione motorizzata e velocità facilmente regolabile.

reaction sprayer
Connected to the pumping over system, it is used to spray the grape marc with wine
sucked from the bottom; contact of the wine and marc ensures full colour absorption
in a short time and the production of red wine that features constant high quality.
Several types are available:
• reaction sprayer comprising a stainless steel arm connected to the inside of the top
cover; it rotates 360° due to inertia of the liquid sucked by the pumping-over pump
• sprayer activated by a suitably powerful speed change gear; carries out the same
function with driven rotation and easily regulated velocity.

Raccordé au système de remontage, il sert à arroser le chapeau du marc avec du vin
aspiré du fond; le contact entre le vin et le marc garantit ainsi en peu de temps une
absorption intense de la couleur et la qualité des vins rouges produits est ainsi meilleure
et plus constante.
Il est proposé en plusieurs versions:
• arroseur à réaction avec un bras en acier inox raccordé à l’intérieur du toit:
il exécute une rotation de 360° par inertie du liquide aspiré par la pompe de remontage
• arroseur actionné par un variateur de vitesse à moteur d’une puissance appropriée;
il exerce la même fonction avec rotation à moteur et allure facilement réglable.

короткий срок для производства более качественных красных вин.
Опрыскиватель поставляется в следующих исполнениях:
• реакционный опрыскиватель, состоящий из рычага из нержавеющей стали,
подсоединенного к внутренней части крышки резервуара; он вращается на 360°
по инерции под воздействием жидкости, накачиваемой насосом орошения сусла
• опрыскиватель, приведенный в действие мотовариатором подходящей
мощностью. Выполняет ту же самую функцию с моторизированным вращением
и регулируемой скоростью.
