Birko®Motion ist eine Variante der Birko®Basic Standardschale. Die Längs- und
Quergewölbestütze ist schwächer ausgeprägt als bei der Standardschale. Die ausgeformte Fersenmulde sorgt für den nötigen Halt, durch den harmonischen Längsund Quergewölbeaufbau wird der Fuß sanft gestützt.

Birko®Motion is a version of the Birko®Basic standard moulded cup. The longitudinal
and transversal arch support is less pronounced than in the standard moulded cup.
Its moulded heel cup ensures the required stability, whilst the harmonious longitudinal and transversal structure provides gentle support for the foot.

Birko®Motion est une variante de la semelle orthopédique Birko®Basic. Le support de
voûte longitudinale et transversale est moins prononcé que sur la semelle standard.

gearbeitet. Mögliche Weiten­probleme im Schuh werden vermieden. Durch die besondersausgeprägte Fersenmulde wird der Rückfuß in seiner Position gehalten.
Zur Entlastung des Vorfußes verfügt die Birko®Contact standardmäßig über eine

The Birko®Contact prefabricated arch supports have no raised edges in the middle
foot area, thus avoiding any potential width problems inside the shoe. The particularly distinctive heel cup provides extra support and grip for the hindfoot. Standard Birko®Contact arch supports are supplied with a pad to relieve pressure on the forefoot.

Zur Auswahl stehen Stanzteile aus Latexschaum, bezogen mit Mikrofaser oder Formteile aus EVA mit Leder- und Mikrofaserbezug.

As the basis of the Birko®Vario insole system, there are various lower parts to choose from. The cores of our proven materials,
Birko®Kork and Birko®Flex, impress with their excellent material properties. For the construction, the long-soled upper parts can
be combined with the lower parts depending on the indication. The choices are stamped parts made of latex foam, covered with
microfibre or mouldings made of EVA with a leather and microfibre cover.

pronounced transversal support shapes the middle foot area. The deep heel cup with
its thin, rigid heel centre guides the heel efficiently into the cup and provides improved contact with the sole of the shoe. The cut of the supination wedge on the underside of the arch support enables the shoe’s support angle to be individually adjusted.

trichterförmig vertiefte Fersenmulde erzielt eine optimale Führung des Rückfußes.
Ein laterales Abgleiten der Ferse wird verhindert. Der integrierte Supinationskeil
fördert die Korrekturwirkung; in Verbindung mit dem hohen Einlagenrand wird der
Kinderfuß hervorragend stabilisiert und ausgezeichnet geführt.

feet. It is distinguished by its strong support in the medial longi­tudinal arch and raised
lateral rim. The child’s transversal arch is supported by the flat tapered ridge. The
funnel-shaped deep heel cup aimsto ensure optimal guidance for the hindfoot. This
prevents the heel from sliding to the side. The integrated supination wedge enhances
the corrective effect; coupled with the high arch support rim, this ensures excellent
stabilisation and guidance of the child’s foot.

Birko®Zell Plattenware ist aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden physikalisch-mechanischen Eigenschaften viel­seitig verwendbar. Birko®Zell ist besonders hautverträglich; bei der Herstellung wird komplett auf die Verwendung von Weichmachern
verzichtet. EVA Polstermaterialien bestehen aus einem sehr weichen, leicht verformbaren Materialkern, der wasserfest und extrem rückstellfähig ist. Unsere EVA
Polstermaterialien werden daher gerne für orthopädische Weichpol­stereinlagen
oder Sporteinlagen verwendet.

Thanks to its excellent physical and mechanical properties, Birko®Zell material can
be used in a range of applications. Birko®Zell is especially gentle on the skin; no
softeners are used at any stage of its production. EVA cushioning material consists of
an extra soft, pliable material core, which is completely waterproof and extremely flexible. As a result of this, our EVA cushioning materials are ideal for use as orthopaedic
cushioning or sport arch supports.

Grâce à ses exceptionnelles pro­priétés physicomécaniques, la plaque Birko®Zell peut
être utilisée de multiples façons. Birko®Zell est parti­culièrement bien tolérée par la
peau; lors de sa fabrication, aucun plastifiant n’est employé. Les matériaux de rembourrage en EVA se composent d’un cœur souple, légèrement déformable, imperméable et possédant une mémoire de forme élevée. C’est la raison pour laquelle nos matériaux de rembourrage en EVA sont utilisés en orthopédie pour les semelles capitonnées
souples ou pour les semelles de chaussures de sport.

Unter bestimmten klimatischen Umständen (z.B. starke Einwirkung von Sonnenlicht, erhöhte Luftfeuchtigkeit) kann es bei Naturkorkprodukten zur Bildung eines weißen Belags auf der
Oberfläche kommen. Dieser Belag ist das Wachsharz „Frideline“, ein unbedenklicher und unschädlicher Naturstoff. Die Oberfläche kann leicht mit einem feuchten Tuch und klarem Wasser gereinigt werden. Das Produkt ist uneingeschränkt verwendbar, der Frideline-Belag stellt
keinen Produktmangel dar.

In certain climatic conditions (i.e. strong sunlight, increased humidity), natural cork
products may develop a white film on the surface. This film is the ‘Frideline’ wax resin,
a completely harmless, non-toxic natural substance. The surface is easy to clean with
a damp cloth and clean water. The product can continue to be used for an unlimited
period; the Frideline film does not represent any product defect.
Sous certaines conditions climatiques (exposition importante à la lumière solaire ou
humidité de l‘air élevée, par exemple), les produits en liège naturel peuvent former
une couche blanche à la surface. Cette couche est la résine « Frideline », un matériau
naturel sans inconvénient et inoffensif. Il est possible de nettoyer légèrement la surface avec un chiffon humide et de l’eau claire. Le produit peut être utilisé ensuite sans
restriction, la couche de Frideline ne représentant pas un défaut.
