ProCredit Bank Congo ltd needs an English teacher for its Training Department.
Place: Kinshasa/DRC.
Requirements
•
Excellent speaking and reading level in English and French
•
Excellent teaching and communication skills in English
•
A basic knowledge of Word and Excel
•
Capacity to develop and teach 2-week course curriculum (involving a mix of
lectures, conversational classes, movies, group work and discussions, written
exercises)
•
Capacity to work under pressure
•
Full time work schedule with openness to work on branch and head office level.
•
Able to adhere to the ProCredit standard of values and philosophy
•
Able to translate from English to French and from French to English
•
University degree in English
•
Minimum experience of 2 years as an English teacher

Main tasks
•
Run needs assessment to understand language needs, vocabulary deficiencies and
necessary training method.
•
Develop and teach English courses training for all ProCredit Bank Congo employees
on different levels with work-related vocabulary Develop annual or 6-month
training plan according to the need
•
Develop training material and keep it up to date.
•
Liaise with PCH English training staff in Germany to ensure coherent training
sessions.
•
Translate documents for ProCredit Bank Congo
•
Evaluate staff after each session
•
Report to the head of the training department
