Caroline Schuler 3 CELL Governance This is the text that was created out of the LOTS process (CELL vision, goals and values). CELL raises awareness, practises resilience and designs appropriate systems
for changemakers and grassroots groups interested in bioregional resilience,
in order to empower, nurture and catalyse connections between living beings and the places they inhabit.
Mindfulness for us means that we remain highly aware, loving, respectful, responsible, responsive and connected in our everyday communications with each other.
Coherence for us means that our personal words are ever more aligned with our personal actions, and that our CELL practices and activities reflect this coherence. This is about walking the talk and leading by example.
Authenticity for us means that we communicate and accept mindfully what is in the present situation, neither repressing negative emotions nor forgetting to liberate positive emotions. It means to move forward with each other with courage, and to support one another through challenges. It also means to only work on things that we fully support and feel are aligned with our vision. Creativity for us means that we work with pleasure and enthusiasm through constellations of possibility in order to solve problems and strive towards creating daring design systems. Celebration for us means that we make time to appreciate each other’s company, strengthen our friendship, and express gratitude, lightness, joy and connectedness through purely celebratory get togethers that may take varied forms.

Nouveau groupe en création : groupe d’achat régional avec point de distribution à Bonnevoie lors de distribution TERRA" complémenter offre TERRA. Groupe participatif – être présents lors de distribution, organisation etc. en été 2013 Développement du Groupe Transition de Bonnevoie, -­‐> ont reçu fonds pour animer espace publique à Bonnevoie (giftbox etc.), changer l’usage d’un espace publique concret pour les gens du quartier. Frank de SEED : asbl originaire de CELL, diversité des semences, préserver et développer diversité par la culture de semences. -­‐

SEED a participé activement dans actions politiques à la commission européenne contre une nouvelle directive de lois de semences. Importance de l’agriculture familiale pour garantir aliments et semences. Organisation citoyenne a fait que la commission rejette -­‐> victoire momentanée mais on doit être vigilant et continuer à construire des réseaux transnationaux. SEED va organiser des formations semencières en 2015. Marko sur Arts for Change : Capoeira : belle année et collaboration avec groupes de capoeira des pays limitrophes. Création de la coopérative énergétique, plus de 50 coopérateurs déjà – enthousiasme de créer énergie citoyenne. Swantje (SVE) and Marko (SVCi) volontaires formels de CELL opportunités de porfessionalisation pour réseau de la transition, défi de comment s’organiser cette année pas beaucoup de gouvernance interne à CELL mais beaucoup d’actions vers l’extérieur : consolidation de réseaux nationaux et internationaux. CELL a reçu l’accord du ministère MDDI pour le dossier monté sur la transition citoyenne Norry on MDDI : nouveau team au MDDI " opportunités, bcp d’apprentissage et expériences dans transition, moment de consolidation et ouverture vers monde extérieux pour faire profiter société générale. Ont proposé participation citoyenne sur changement climatique et transition 3 axes : 1. Donner information pour participation 2. Formations sur agroécologie, permaculture, particpatory methods 3. Accompagner réalisation de projets citoyens sur le terrain ex. aider à implémenter climatepact (entre communes et citoyens) dans le domaine humain/social. # Trouver équilibre entre aider autres initiatives (du gouvernement) et aussi soutenir réseau et communauté transition grâce à l’aide gouvernementale Mais c’était aussi clair que le mouvement de transition est bcp plus vaste que ce programme envoyé au MDDI Présentation de quelques activités prévues pour 2015 5.
