well as her neighbors Paty and Minus to really shake up their dull lives, leave Sainte-Inertie-de-l’Énergie and reach the faraway and mythical city of

THÉÂTRE DES CONFETTIS
18 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS OLD
POETRY FOR SOMEONE YOU LOVE
At first, you need to walk and follow the little path of shells and pebbles that surrounds a huge tent of sheets. Inside, a man is dreaming of the sea.
He has sand and tortoises, seagulls and fish, the sky and boats appearing. Another man is making music and has his voice sailing across the ocean.
Like a postcard filled with images, music, words and silences that slow the heart down, the dramatic poem introduces audiences to the possibilities
of waiting and urges them to turn to their neighbor.
A THÉÂTRE DES CONFETTIS CREATION
Théâtre des Confettis draws its inspiration from children, building on the new or curious ways they see and observe, how they challenge poetry,
dreams, craziness and tenderness. The company has given over 3,000 performances for 650,000 spectators throughout North America, Europe
and Asia.

NOVEMBER 16 AT 1:00 P.M. at ÉCURIES
Théâtre de la Pire Espèce
12 YEARS OLD AND UP
A STRANGE FAMILY BESTIARY
Étienne is a little carbon paper boy with a dirty background who wants to get rid of his father, a grubby man who walks oddly and slowly, constantly
brooding but without saying a word. Étienne can’t figure out where his father is coming from, which is why the boy is frustrated with this flabby
filthy father. He has to find a reason for the punishment, even if it means getting to the root of all his problems! Using paper figurines, drawings and
objects he has in his school bag, the solo performer stands behind a table telling his story with the help of a musician.
A THÉÂTRE DE LA PIRE ESPÈCE CREATION COPRODUCED WITH FESTIVAL MÉLI’MÔME AND FESTIVAL PETITS ET GRANDS (FRANCE)
La Pire Espèce is in fact a brotherhood of cheerful craftsmen who fashion unusual paraphernalia and believe in hybrid material. They explore stage
practices and the standards governing storytelling. They yearn for a close relationship with audiences. The company has 11 productions to its credit
and 1,100 performances to date in four languages, most of which abroad.

beauty.
