Prise en charge financière Afin d’offrir aux représentants de tous les pays européens éligibles la possibilité d’assister à la conférence, une prise en charge financière sera proposée à un nombre limité de participants. Celle‐ci couvrira les frais de participation, d’hébergement et de restauration. Pour garantir une représentation homogène des pays membres du programme EFTLV (UE, AELE, Turquie), un nombre limité de bourses sera mis à disposition des candidats. La bourse couvrira les frais de participation, d’hébergement (au CIEP uniquement) et de restauration, conformément aux options de participation définies plus haut. Veuillez noter que la bourse ne couvre PAS les frais de transports internationaux et locaux, et qu’elle est limitée à 1 représentant par organisme. Le consortium du projet ProM se réserve le droit d’attribuer librement les bourses selon les critères suivants : • le pays d’exercice (équilibre géographique) ; • l’institution d’appartenance (max. 1 bourse par institution) ; • la date de la demande de bourse (premiers arrivés, premiers servis) ; • l’adéquation avec le groupe cible du séminaire. Option B : sans hébergement • les coûts de participation ; • la restauration (dîner du 9 octobre, petit‐déjeuner et déjeuner du 10 octobre). Date limite pour adresser une demande de prise en charge financière : 19 septembre 2014. Les frais de transport (internationaux et locaux) sont à la charge du participant. L’attribution des bourses s’effectue par décision du consortium du projet ProM, selon les critères énoncés plus haut. Cette décision est définitive et ne pourra être contestée. The CIEP, created in 1945 and located within the historical setting of the Royal Sèvres Porcelain
factory, is a public body recognised in France and abroad for its competence in expertise, training
and evaluation, and as an operator in the field of international cooperation in education and
language teaching.

Funding opportunities
We are able to offer funding for a limited number of relevant participants to attend the seminar
which will cover the costs of participation in the workshops, accommodation and meals.
In order to ensure a balanced representation of delegates from European countries taking part in the
EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme, we are able to offer funding for some participants to attend the
seminar which will cover the conference fees, accommodation (at CIEP only) and meals in line with
the options above.
Please note that the funding will NOT cover local and international transport costs and is limited to 1
person per organisation. The ProM Project consortium reserves the right to award grants according
to the following criteria:
 country of residence so as to ensure geographical spread;
 institution (maximum one funded candidate per organisation);
 date of funding request (first come, first served);
 appropriateness to the seminar’s aims.

The funding covers the following elements (according to the option chosen in the subscription
form):
Option A: full board
 Conference fee;
 Accommodation (1 night stay on 9 October 2014);
 Meals (dinner on 9 October, breakfast and lunch on 10 October).
Option B: no accommodation
 Conference fee.
 Meals (dinner on 9 October, breakfast and lunch on 10 October).
Deadline for funding requests: 19 September 2014.
Participants are required to pay their own transport costs. The awarding of funding to attend the
ProM Final Seminar is at the discretion of the ProM Consortium according to the criteria listed above.
The organisers’ decision in this respect is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of being unable to attend, please inform us at least 72 hours before the beginning of the
seminar.
