Job Overview:
Gerard Darel is looking for a part time-flexible sales advisor. (20h
contract) A committed individual who can deliver exceptional service
to our customers.
Reporting to:
Concession Manager
Duties and
Responsibilities:
To consistently deliver great customer service and
consistently exceed mystery shop targets.
To maintain sales floor standards so that our customer is
presented with an unforgettable brand experience.
To communicate with the customers effectively and
understand their individual needs for the occasion.
To continually update own product knowledge.
Knowledge,
Skills and
Abilities:
Demonstrate an awareness of latest trends and
competition
Has the confidence to offer outfit building advice for the
customers’ occasion.
Previous fashion retail experience is essential.
Is customer-focused. Able to reflect a positive approach
and reacts positively to change.
Is a true brand ambassador and passionate about the
brand and product.
The ideal
candidate:
Has previous fashion retail experience minimum one
year
