The Fondation du Collège de l’immobilier du Québec is a not‐for‐profit organization that offers excellence scholarships to top students and financial aid to students with financial difficulties. The Fondation’s mandate is to collect funds in order to subsidize projects directly re‐
lated to the Collège’s mission. Company, association and individual donations to the Fondation are essential to help prepare future agents and brokers. THE COLLÈGE’S EXCELLENCE PROGRAM This program, created five years ago, is now linked to the Fondation du Collège. Since it was launched, it has highlighted the academic performance of future real estate agents and brokers by awarding scholarships. It also rewards exceptional contributions by individuals or companies to the development of real estate by awarding honorary diplomas. ABOUT THE COLLÈGE DE L’IMMOBILIER DU QUÉBEC Founded in 1993 and bearer of a license from the ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport, the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec is the largest real estate college in Québec. Every year, it enrols 2,000 future real estate agents and brokers and more than 3,500 real estate professionals who take advantage of continuing education. Rec‐
