Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank Luxembourg becomes
CACEIS Bank Luxembourg.
(Luxembourg, 4 October 2005) – Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank Luxembourg
(CA-IS BL) and the Dublin Branch (CA-IS BL DB) change name to CACEIS Bank
Luxembourg and CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Dublin Branch respectively, as part of
the ongoing CACEIS Investor Services partnership between Crédit Agricole S.A. and
Groupe Caisse d’Epargne.
The new names assert the two entities’ place within newly-formed CACEIS group,
which combines the investor services business lines of Crédit Agricole S.A. and
Groupe Caisse d’Epargne, dedicated to institutional clients. With Eur 680 bn in assets
under administration, Eur 1,435 bn in assets under custody and some 2,300 staff, the
CACEIS group boasts a presence across six European countries - France,
Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In Luxembourg, CACEIS is a leading provider of custodian services, with over Eur 100
bn in assets under custody and together with Fastnet Luxembourg*, ranks among the
top 3 fund administrators, with over Eur 105 bn in assets under administration.
