forme de couronne! J'ai essayé de la reproduire en taille un peu plus raisonnable, avec beaucoup de chocolat et beaucoup moins de
beurre! A vrai dire je suis assez contente du résultat et mon papa a validé la recette, à mon plus grand plaisir. Le format maxi n'aurait
pas été de trop, finalement!
Brioche tressée au chocolat
Pour 6 à 8 personnes
Temps de préparation: 20min, Temps de repos: 1h30 + 30min, Temps de cuisson: 25min
Ingredients
500g de farine
250ml de lait
10g de levure boulangère
1 oeuf + 1 jaune
50g de sucre
70g de beurre mou
150g de chocolat noir corsé
30g de poudre d'amandes
30g de poudre de noisettes
1 bouchon de rhum (facultatif)
PREPARATION
- Délayer la levure dans le lait tiédi. Couvrir et laisser reposer 10min.
- Dans un récipient, mélanger la farine, le sucre et l'oeuf.
- Incorporer le mélange lait/levure puis le beurre coupé en morceaux. Former une boule de pâte. Couvrir d'un linge humide et
laisser reposer 1h30 dans un endroit chaud et sec.

- Dégazer la boule de pâte et l'étaler sur un plan de travail fariné.
- Former un rectangle de pâte.

- Faire fondre le chocolat aux microondes. Ajouter le rhum et mélanger (facultatif).
- Recouvrir la moitié du rectangle de chocolat fondu.
- Saupoudrer le chocolat du mélange poudre de noisettes et poudre d'amandes.
- Replier le rectangle par dessus le côté tartiné.

My grandmother inspired me with this beautiful chocolate braided brioche. She make it very often but in a maximum format and
crown-shaped ! I tried to reproduce it in a little more reasonable size , with lots of chocolate and much less butter ! Actually I 'm
pretty happy with the result and my dad has validated the recipe, to my delight . The maximum size would not have been too much,
finally !
Chocolate braided brioche
For 6 to 8 servings
Preparation time: 20min, Rise time: 1h30 + 30min, Cooking time: 25min
Ingredients
500g flour
250ml milk
10g fresh yeast
1 egg + 1 yolk
50g sugar
70g soft butter
150g strong chocolate
30g almond powder
30g hazelnut powder
1 tbsp rhum (optional)
PREPARATION
- Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm milk. Let it sit for 10 min to activate.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and the egg.
- Add the milk and yeast, and the soft butter cut in small pieces.
