1947
Pierre Le Roy (father of the actual president of the supervisory board, Jacques Le Roy)
establishes Le Roy transport in the family home in Rennes, France (Ile-et-Vilaine)
with only one vehicle.
1999
Acquisition of BOCDS France by Jacques Le Roy. The founder’s son becomes president
of the company now named Le Roy Logistique.
2013
The 100 million euro mark, in revenue is exceeded
2014
Opening of agencies in Nancy (54), Compiègne (60) and Le Havre (76)
Participation in the SITL between the 1st and 4th of April
2015
Opening of agencies in Croissy-Beaubourg (77), and Béziers (34)

> The use of the “ad-blue” additive, less polluting in
terms of CO² emissions.
> Smoking is prohibited in company vehicles.
> All vehicles have been equipped with GPRS (VEHCO)
for the last 15 years to enable following in real time the
tours and the possibility of their improvement.
> A regular follow-up on each driver’s petrol consumption as well as a monthly recap of the lowest and highest
consumption rates among the drivers.
