La cura con la quale si esegue la pulizia dopo posa, influenzerà la pulibilità del
pavimento per tutta la sua durata. Si può dire che la superficie di una piastrella completamente greificata è composta da materiale simile al vetro e come
tale va trattata quando si decide di pulirla. Importante, anzi importantissima,
la prima pulizia fatta a pavimento nuovo. È necessario togliere con i prodotti
adeguati, tutti i residui di cemento lasciati in fase di posa e stuccatura dai
posatori, utilizzando detergenti a base acida tipo KERANET diluito 1:5 in acqua, accompagnato da una decisa azione meccanica, ovviamente di materiale
non abrasivo (monospazzola con disco Scotch Brite). È altrettanto importante
risciacquare bene con appositi strumenti aspira-liquidi fino a vedere l’acqua
usata limpida. Se questa operazione non viene effettuata correttamente il
pavimento conserverà un invisibile strato di calcare che col tempo si potrà
macchiare o impedire una pulizia profonda. Fatto questo e avuta la certezza
che le piastrelle sono ben pulite, il pavimento non presenterà più problemi.
Se però la pulizia iniziale non è stata eseguita bene ed il pavimento presenta
aloni, macchie o piastrelle con superficie opacizzata ecc. è necessario ripartire
da zero con la pulizia, cioè prima con detergente a base acida e poi lavare e
risciacquare, ripetutamente con acqua sempre pulita in quanto non esistono
detergenti in grado di pulire all’istante e al solo passaggio, un pavimento così
sporco. Tuttavia anche la pulizia ordinaria può essere causa di aloni o macchie,
soprattutto se si tratta di superfici morbide o lisce. Dobbiamo continuare a
pensare che abbiamo a che fare con materiale vetroso e come tale va trattato.
Le lastre con finitura lucidata necessitano al momento della posa in opera di
una corretta pulizia con detergenti ed una protezione superficiale con prodotti
specifici (vedi tabella). Per la pulizia quotidiana è sufficiente asportare la polvere con uno straccio asciutto, lavare la superficie con il detergente neutro a
basso residuo tipo Mastro Lindo pavimenti neutro diluito 1:200 in acqua (una
tazzina in un secchio da 5 litri di acqua) utilizzando un panno in microfibra
umido che andrà sciacquato spesso nella soluzione.
L’uso di acqua sporca o prodotti lucidanti o un eccesso di detergenti può, col
tempo, formare una patina invisibile causa di aloni e macchie.
Per ultimo ricordiamo di non usare mai smacchiatori tipo antiruggine o di tipo
spray perché spesso contengono acido fluoridrico, il danno che provocherà
sarà irreparabile in quanto non esiste pavimento, resistente a tale acido.
The care taken with clearing after laying will determine how easy is to clean
the flooring for its entire lifespan. The surface of a fully vitrified tile is made
of material similar to glass and it should be treated as such during cleaning.
The process of cleaning new flooring for the first time is extremely important.
Suitable products must be used to remove all of the cement residue left after
the laying and grouting phases. Use 1 part of
an acid-based detergent such as KERANET to 5 parts of water and rub it
thoroughly, obviously with a non –abrasive material (such as a singlebrush
machine with Scotch Brite disc). Afterwards, it is important to rinse thoroughly
with special wet vaacum equipment until the used water is clear. If this procedure is not carried out properly, an invisible layer of lime scale will remain and
over time it may become stained or prevent
deep cleaning. Once you have done this and you are sure that the tiles have
been cleaned thoroughly, there will be no more problems with the flooring. If
the initial cleaning is not done properly and there are marks, stains, dull tiles
or similar problems, it will be necessary to start the cleaning process from
scratch, i.e. first with an acid-based detergent and then washing and rinsing
repeatedly with water, which must always be
clean. There are no detergents that are capable of cleaning such dirty flooring
immediately with just one application. Ordinary cleaning can also cause marks
and stains, especially on soft or smooth surfaces. We must remember that we
are dealing with a vitreous material an treat it as such. At the time of laying,
slabs with a glossy finish need to be cleaned properly with detergents and their
surface must be protected with specific products (see the table). For everyday
cleaning, it is sufficient to remove the dust with
a dry cloth and clean the surface with a neutral, low residue detergent such as
Mr. Clean. It should be diluted in the ratio 1:200 in water (a small cup into a 5
litre bucket of water) and applied with a damp microfibre cloth, which must be
rinsed in the water frequently.
The use of dirty water, polish or too much detergent can lead to the creation
of an invisible film over time that will cause marks and stains to form. Finally,
please note that you should never use spray or anti-rust stains removers because they often contain hydrofluoric acid. No floors are resistant to this type
of acid and it would cause irreparable damage.

Die Sorgfalt, mit der die Reinigung nach dem Verlegen durchgeführt wird, beeinflusst
die Reinigungsfähigkeit des Bodens während seiner gesamten Lebensdauer. Die Oberfläche einer vollkommen verglasten Platte besteht aus einem glasähnlichen Material
und muss beim Reinigen als solches behandelt werden. Die erste Reinigung des neuen
Bodens ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung. Alle Zementrückstände vom Verlegen und
Verfugen müssen mit geeigneten Produkten entfernt werden. Dazu sollten saure Reinigungsmittel wie KERANET im Verhältnis 1:5 mit Wasser verdünnt verwendet und mit
einem nicht schleifenden Material (Einscheibenmaschine mit Scotch-Brite-Scheibe)
verrieben werden. Es ist ebenso wichtig, mit speziellen Flüssigkeitssaugern gründlich
nachzuspülen, bis das verwendete Wasser klar ist. Wird dieser Vorgang nicht korrekt
durchgeführt, bleibt auf dem Boden eine unsichtbare Kalkschicht zurück, die mit der
Zeit zu Fleckenbildung führen und eine gründliche Reinigung verhindern kann. Wenn
der Vorgang abgeschlossen und sichergestellt wurde, dass die Fliesen richtig sauber
sind, bereitet der Boden keinerlei Probleme mehr. Wurde jedoch die erste Reinigung
nicht korrekt durchgeführt und der Boden weist Ränder, Flecken oder Fliesen mit matter Oberfläche usw. auf, muss der Reinigungsvorgang von Anfang an wiederholt werden, d.h. erst mit einem sauren Reinigungsmittel und dann wiederholt mit klarem Wasser putzen und nachspülen, denn es gibt keine Reinigungsmittel, die sofort und in einer
einzigen Anwendung einen solch schmutzigen Boden reinigen können. Allerdings kann
auch die normale Reinigung Ränder oder Flecken verursachen, vor allem bei weichen
oder glatten Oberflächen. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es sich um glasartiges Material handelt und als solches behandelt werden muss. Platten in glänzender Ausführung
müssen beim Verlegen richtig mit Reinigungsmitteln gesäubert und ihre Oberfläche
mit speziellen Produkten geschützt werden (siehe Tabelle). Bei der täglichen Reinigung
ist es ausreichend, Staub mit einem trockenen Tuch zu entfernen und die Oberfläche
mit einem rückstandsarmen Neutralreiniger, wie z. B. Meister Proper für Böden, im
Verhältnis 1:200 mit Wasser verdünnt (eine kleine Tasse auf 5 Liter Wasser) zu reinigen.
Dazu sollte ein feuchtes Mikrofasertuch verwendet werden, das oft in der Lösung ausgewaschen wird. Die Verwendung von schmutzigem Wasser, Poliermitteln oder zu viel
Reinigungsmittel kann mit der Zeit zur Bildung einer unsichtbaren Schicht führen, die
Ränder und Flecken verursacht. Als letzten weisen wir darauf hin, dass keine Fleckenentferner wir Rostschutzmittel oder Sprays verwendet werden dürfen, da sie oftmals
Flusssäure enthalten. Diese können irreparable Schäden verursachen, da keine Böden
gegen diese Säure resistent sind.

Le soin avec lequel on nettoiera le sol après la pose influencera sa capacité d’être
nettoyé pendant toute sa durée. On peut dire que la surface d’un carreau entièrement
grésé est composée d’un matériau qui ressemble au verre et, il doit être traité come tel
lorsque l’on décide de le nettoyer. Le premier nettoyage que l’on effectue lorsque le sol
est encore entièrement neuf est important, même très important. Avec des produits
spécifiques il faut enlever tous les restes de ciment et de mastic laissés par les poseurs
durant la pose en utilisant des détergents à base d’acide, comme le KERANET dilué
à 1:5 dans de l’eau, en l’accompagnant par une forte action mécanique, bien entendu
d’un matériel non abrasif (balai monobrosse avec disque Scotch Brite). Il est tout aussi
important de bien rincer avec des aspirateurs spécifiques de liquides jusqu’à ce que
l’eau utilisée devienne limpide. Si cette opération n’est pas effectuée correctement, le
sol conservera une couche invisible de calcaire qui, avec le temps, pourra se tâcher ou
empêcher un nettoyage profond. Une fois que cette opération a été effectuée et que
l’on a la certitude que les carreaux sont bien nettoyés, le sol ne présentera plus aucun
problème. Mais si le nettoyage initial n’a pas été fait correctement et que le sol présente des auréoles, des taches ou des carreaux avec des surfaces opaques, etc, il faudra
recommencer le nettoyage à zéro, c’est-àdire tout d’abord avec un détergent à base
acide, et puis le laver et le rincer à plusieurs reprises avec de l’eau toujours propre, car
il n’existe pas de détergents qui soient en mesure de nettoyer à l’instant et avec un seul
passage un sol aussi sale. Toutefois le nettoyage ordinaire peut provoquer aussi des
auréoles et des taches, surtout s’il s’agit de surfaces douces ou lisses.Nous devons toujours avoir à l’esprit que nous avons à faire avec un matériau vitreux et qui doit être traité
comme tel. Les plaques avec une finition brillante ont besoin, au moment de leur pose,
d’un nettoyage correct avec des détergents et d’une protection superficielle avec des
produits spécifiques (voir tableau). Pour le nettoyage quotidien, il est suffisant d’enlever
la poussière avec un chiffon sec, de laver la surface avec un détergent neutre à faible
résidu du type Monsieur Propre sols neutre dilué à 1:200 dans de l’eau (une petite tasse
à café dans un seau de 5 litres d’eau) en utilisant un linge en microfibre humide qui
devra être rincé souvent dans la solution.L’utilisation d’eau sale ou de produits servant
à faire briller, ou bien encore un excès de détergents peut former, avec le temps, une
patine invisible qui engendrera des auréoles et des taches. Pour finir, rappelons de ne
jamais utiliser des détachants du genre antirouille ou en vaporisateur ; ces derniers
contiennent souvent de l’acide fluorhydrique qui provoquerait un dommage irréparable
car il n’existe aucun sol qui puisse résister à cet acide.
