FRANCIS STREET AND MILL STREET IN THE
CITY OF BATHURST
ARRÊTÉ PORTANT FERMETURE PERMANENTE
DES RUES ST. FRANCIS ET MILL DANS LA CITY
OF BATHURST
The Council of the City of Bathurst, under authority vested
in it by the Municipalities Act, hereby enacts as follows:
En vertu des pouvoirs qui lui sont conférés par la Loi sur les
municipalités, le conseil municipal de Bathurst édicte :

Pursuant to Section 187 of the Municipalities Act,
St. Francis Street and Mill Street will hereby be closed
permanently effective July 5, 2000.

Vu l’article 187 de la Loi sur les municipalités, les
rues St. Francis et Mill sont par les présentes fermées en
permanence à compter du 5 juillet 2000.
The two streets are located between St. Peter
Avenue and Picot Avenue and are described in schedule
“A”. The purpose of these street closures is to allow a
commercial development.
Les deux rues situées entre les avenues St. Peter et
Picot sont indiquées à l’annexe A. La fermeture de ces rues a
pour but de favoriser un développement commercial.
2.
By-law No. 2000-05 entitled “A BY-LAW TO
CLOSE PERMANENTLY ST. FRANCIS STREET AND MILL
STREET IN THE CITY OF BATHURST” is hereby repealed.
2.
Est abrogé l’arrêté no 2000-05 intitulé “A BY-LAW
TO CLOSE PERMANENTLY ST. FRANCIS STREET AND
MILL STREET IN THE CITY OF BATHURST”.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Bathurst has caused
the Corporate Seal of the said City to be affixed to this Bylaw the 17th day of November A.D., 2003 and signed by:
