INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE BNIC'S INTERNET SITE
The structure of site www.cognac.fr, as well as all texts, images, animations, clips, music, sounds, and
logos that make up the site are the exclusive property of BNIC, have been the object of a partial
transfer of rights or of a publication authorization by their authors.
Any reproduction, adaptation, translation and/or transformation, whether partial or in full of the
aforementioned elements to another site is strictly forbidden without express authorization of the
Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac (requested by mail to the Webmaster:
[email protected]). In certain cases, the BNIC may authorize the partial reproduction of a section
of a site, without alterations and for a single copy, for strictly private purposes. Regarding this
exception, any use not expressly authorized will be considered an infraction that could incur in
