BAKING & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE
• Cookie dough can be stored in the cooler for 90 days or in the freezer for one year.
• Cookie dough can be thawed and re-frozen.
• Baked cookies will keep fresh for 3 days.
BAKING
• Preheat oven. Place frozen cookie dough onto baking sheets (ungreased/parchment lined) three inches apart. Bake in convection oven for:

• Remove slightly underbaked cookies with golden brown edges (DO NOT OVER BAKE). Allow cookies to finish baking and
cool off on baking sheet, approximately 20 minutes.
TIPS
• For more spread, bake thawed dough for approximately 2 minutes les time than stated.
• For standard oven, increase the temperature as stated by about 25°F. (Baking can vary with different types of ovens).
• For ease of handling (less sticky dough), thaw batter slightly.
• For peanut butter cookies, add an extra 1-5 minutes depending on size for perfect result.
• For high altitudes, bake 1.5oz size at 350°F for 12 – 15 minutes.
