Règlement 2016

 Quelques conseils de bons usages et règles usuelles pour la pêche sur nos domaines. Le règlement détaillé en usage dans l’ASBL est disponible sur notre site Web. Ceci n’est qu’un petit condensé des obligations et autres dispositions statutairement établies. Extraits du règlement. 1. Tous les hameçons doivent être sans ardillons, ou avec ardillons pincés correctement. 2. Les leurres ne pourront être armés de plus de deux hameçons –simples ou triples. 3. L’usage du vairon vivant est interdit. Le vairon mort, armé de deux hameçons simples ou deux hameçons triples maximum, est autorisé seulement en dehors des parcours sous statuts « Patrimoniaux‐No Kill », « mouche » et » Mohimont ». 4. La pêche aux appâts naturels est strictement limitée aux esches suivantes : Ver de terre, teigne, porte‐bois, ver de vase, la larve de la grande éphémère, la sauterelle, le maïs, le chènevis et le blé. 5. Wading : interdit jusqu’au 13 mai 2016 inclus sur tous les parcours. Exceptions: les parcours sur Villers‐sur‐Lesse, Ciergnon , Petit‐Hour, Houyet, Mohimont et les zones urbaines de Jemelle et Rochefort. Sur ces parcours, Wading sans restrictions. 6. La pêche sur la Lomme entre Jemelle et Rochefort est interdite le samedi 14 mai 2016. 7. La pêche sur la Lomme est interdite le samedi 18 juin 2016 (sauf pour les compétiteurs). 8. Sur les parcours classés sous statuts « Patrimoniaux‐No Kill », Lissoir et Mohimont : Sont interdits le vairon mort, les appâts naturels autres que le ver de terre ou la teigne, les leurres artificiels autres que le poisson‐nageur ou la cuiller. L’usage du flotteur est interdit. Au toc, ligne tenue à main et 1 hameçon simple maximum. 9. Sur les parcours « mouche » : mouche artificielle uniquement, à l’aide d’une canne et d’un moulinet propre à cette technique particulière. 10. Attention : entre l’ouverture de mars et le 1er samedi de juin, sur la Lesse depuis le confluent avec la Lomme jusqu’à la jonction avec la Meuse, seule la pêche à la mouche est autorisée selon le point ‐9 ci‐dessus. Les mouches ne peuvent excéder 2 cm (mesuré sur l’hameçon), l’usage de « lests et annexes » sur la ligne est interdit (Loi sur la Pêche en Wallonie). Bons usages conseillés : Intégrez le respect de ces conseils très simples, dans un esprit Fair Play et Tendance. 1. Mohimont et Lissoir : pêche conseillée uniquement à la mouche ou aux leurres artificiels. 2. Pêche aux leurres artificiels : songer à pratiquer uniquement avec des leurres armés d’un seul hameçon simple. Un décrochage propre de vos prises en est grandement facilité ! Extracts of the Regulation.
1. All hooks must be barbless or debarbed correctly. 2. Spinning lures won’t be armed with more than two ‐simples or treble hooks. 3. The use of living minnows is prohibited. Dead Minnows, armed with two single hooks or maximum two treble hooks is allowed only outside of the sections under statutes "Patrimonial‐No Kill", "fly" and "Mohimont". 4. Fishing with natural bait is strictly limited to the following baits: worm, wax worm, caddisfly, bloodworm, danica larva, grasshopper, corn, hemp and wheat. 5. Wading: banned until the 13th May 2016 included on all sections. Excepted the following sections : Villers‐sur‐Lesse, Ciergnon, Petit‐Hour, Houyet, Mohimont and urban areas in Jemelle and Rochefort. On these sections, Wading is allowed without restrictions. 6. Fishing on the Lomme between Rochefort and Jemelle is prohibited on Saturday the 14th May 2016. 7. Fishing is prohibited on the Lomme on Saturday the 18th June 2016 (except for the competitors). 8. On the sections classified under statutes "Patrimonial‐No Kill" and Lissoir, Mohimont: are prohibited dead minnow, natural baits other than the worm or wax worm, artificial lures other than plugs or spoon . The use of fishing float is prohibited. “Toc line” must be held in one hand and you must use only one single hook. 9. On the "fly" sections: only artificial flies are allowed, with flyfishing rod and flyfishing reel. 10. Warning: since the opening day in March to the 1st Saturday of June, on the Lesse from the confluence with the Lomme to the junction with the River Meuse, only fly fishing is allowed (see point ‐9 above). Flies can not exceed 2 cm (measured on the hook), the use of "weights and annexes" on the line is prohibited (Fishing Law in Wallonia). Good Recommended uses:

1. Mohimont and Lissoir: recommended only for fly fishing or artificial lures.
2. Fishing with artificial lures: consider only practice with armed lures one single hook.
