Songs by Kate – recorded or used by other artists
Quebec’s country singer Chantal Cliche recorded three of Kate’s compositions (I’m On My Way, The Laundry
Blues, Une raison de croire) on her album entitled ‘’Une raison de croire’’. The title track of this album was
translated by Carole Melançon from Kate Morrison’s original version ‘’Reason To Believe’’ that appeared on her first
album. Chantal Cliche also asked Kate to translate one of her own songs into English.
‘’Reason To Believe’’ was also used as a backing soundtrack for a video produced by Pierre Javeaux.
Kate lent her voice for songs and publicity
In 2008, Kate lent her voice to record two songs written by Jean Custeau and Johanne Rondeau, ‘’Enchanted Lullaby’’
