Anvers / le 28 avril 2010 / 7:30 CET Gimv investit 4,7 millions d’euros dans la société néerlandaise RES Software Gimv investit 4,7 millions d’euros dans la société néerlandaise RES Software, un chef de file en gestion de l’espace de travail. L’investissement de Gimv s’inscrit dans la récente évolution de RES Software, qui comprend la nomination d’un nouveau président-directeur général, le lancement d’un nouveau produit et l’ajout de clients importants aux Pays-Bas, au Royaume-Uni et en France. Ce financement permettra RES Software de poursuivre sa croissance à l’échelle internationale, plus particulièrement en Amérique du Nord. La société RES Software (www.ressoftware.com) a été fondée à Den Bosch (Pays-Bas) en 1999 et compte à l’heure actuelle 100 salariés répartis dans 6 bureaux. Le produit de RES Software permet de séparer l’espace de travail des utilisateurs de l’infrastructure sous-jacente. Les organisations peuvent ainsi offrir à leurs utilisateurs des espaces de travail contrôlés, sécurisés et personnalisés, peu importe la technologie utilisée, ce qui réduit la complexité, rehausse la productivité et diminue le coût total de possession. RES Software offre ainsi un des éléments-clés d’une infrastructure de bureau virtuel (ou VDI).
