Socio-cultural diversity exists in many forms and in all places. It can be a source
of tensions or it can be a source of strength: for individuals, organisations,
neighborhoods and society as a whole. Everyone has a role to play in finding the
treasure of diversity. It is a work that must take place in each person’s closest
spheres of influence: families, friends, neighbourhoods, schools, administrations
and workplaces.
CEJI* training courses provide the awareness and skills to navigate the Diversity
Treasure Map.
