I did rny placement with city of Gornwalt in the department of Human Resources where I had the opportunity to help hirê for summer students, build a new orientation program and access the Health and safety requirements of each government building. During my placement, I worked at Home Depot as a Fulfillment Specialist stocking shelves and operating the Forks Lifts. During my time at the Home Depot, I found work at Benson Group lnc as a Human Resources Assistant. After a brief period of time, I moved up as a Human Resources Generalist where I was responsible for all of the company recruiting, responsible for Health and safety and time management. lwas later promoted to the Markefing Manager position where I had the opportunity to work with the community in fundraising aspects and develop sales strategies for the company. joined Genco ATG (Ganadian Tire Distributlon Centre) on contract as a Recruiter to help hire 200 employees. After I fulfilled this role, I joined Advantage Personnel as an Account Manager. I was responsible for developing sales for all of Eastern ontario and western euebec. I then was then hired at UPS Canada where I was responsible for atl Human Resources functions for the company in Eastern Ontario. This included, recruitment, talent management, benefit administration and health and safety. I I am now presently at the children's Aid society of s,D & G as a Human Resources Generalist. My role at the Agency is being the Health and Safety Representative to the employees, developing new policies, working on establishing a new Collective Agreement and Performance Review Management, ?40 Volunteer Experíence: working at uPS, I became the chair of the ups Ganada Gommunity Allocation Gommittee. This committee was responsible for approving grants that employees submitted across Canada for organizåúon that were Non for Profit. I have also volunteered at the Children's Aid Society in a Big Brother role. currently a volunteer for Big Brother and Big sister of s,D & G since December 2013 and have had a little brother thafl go on outings with every week since June 2014.
