GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
The rental is personal and nominative, and in no case can be sub-let. The client and all guests must comply with the rules of the
campsite.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The maximum number of people authorised per chalet must be respected in all cases, no matter the ages of the children.
The information provided by the client will serve as the basis for the calculation of the tariff. Any extra person (within the number of
people allowed in the chalet) must be declared on arrival and their presence will incur the corresponding extra charge. Any
innaccurate declaration or any modification without the agreement of the management may incur a variation in the total of the stay or
cause the cancellation of the contract.
We do not accept minors (under the age of 18) who are not accompanied by their parents.
Visitors will be subject to the « visitors » charge detailed on the site tariffs.
RESERVATION, METHODS OF PAYMENT
Please note. The invoice will be printed in the name given on the booking form.
The reservation will become effective after receipt of the deposit of 25% of the rental total and on reception of the contract which
must be correctly completed and signed (which confirms acceptance of the general conditions of reservation).
The total cost of the stay is calculated based on the published tariff for the season.
SERVICES AND ARRIVAL AT THE CAMPSITE
The barrier of the campsite is open from 7.30am to 10pm. The site reception will welcome you every day from 8.30am to 12.30pm
and from 2pm to 8pm.
Every guest must check-in at reception on arrival at the campsite. In the case of an arrival after 7pm please advise the campsite in
advance.
The management reserves the right to re-let the pitch or chalet if no contact or correspondence is received 24 hours after the
reserved arrival date. Once the rental period has started no reimbursement or reduction is possible for late arrivals or unexpected
departures.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
The equipment provided in the chalets is listed on an inventory. The client is asked to check the contents against this list and to inform
reception of any anomalies before midday the day following arrival. A security deposit of 200 € for the chalet, which includes 30 € for
cleaning and 20 € for the barrier badge will be requested on your arrival. This deposit will be returned after inspection of the chalet at
the end of the stay, with deductions for any damage or missing items. The occupants of the chalet are responsible for the
cleaning of the chalet at the end of the stay. Before departure an inspection will be made and guests are expected to leave the
chalet in the condition in which they found it at the start of the stay. If the chalet has not been cleaned to an acceptable level, 30 € of
the deposit will be charged to cover the cleaning costs.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation by the client:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date : the 25% deposit will be returned by the campsite.
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date: the 25% deposit will be retained by the campsite.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: The total cost of the stay will be retained by the campsite.
In case of cancellation by the campsite for any reason other than non-respect of the contractual obligations of the client, the campsite
will refund the total amount paid.
ANIMALS
Animals are only accepted on the campsite under supervision and kept on a lead at all times. They must be taken off the site for their
toilet needs and any accidents on site must be immediately disposed of in the appropriate bin. The dog owner must present proof of
vaccination and microchip details if requested.
CHALET RENTAL
Tents are not permitted to be erected on the chalet pitches.
Duvets and pillows are provided in the chalets but sheets and pillow cases are not included.
CAMPING PITCHES
The pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival to midday on the day of departure. Any pitch not vacated by midday will be
charged for an extra night.
INSURANCE
All clients must be covered by a personal responsibility insurance.
Signature of this contract indicates that the client has read, understood and agreed the terms and conditions above.
