- Academic training (common core): customized courses by AIT Vietnam that help
trainees to develop business mindset:

+ Sales and Customer Behaviours
+ HR Management
+ Supply Chain

- On-the-job training (professional core) designed by Big C Academy:
+ For trainees in Operations (stores): rotational program through all divisions in a
supermarket (Fresh Food, FMCG, Non Food …)
+ For trainees in Functional departments: rotational program through a number of
supporting departments (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, ...)
