GARANTIE
Apex Tool Group, LLC garantie les produits et pièces qu’elle vend, dans la mesure que ceux-ci
soient fabriqués par Apex Tool Group, contre défauts de matériel et fabrication qui se manifestent
pendant leur usage et service selon les calssifications, recommandations et instructions par écrit
de Apex Tool Group pour l’installation, l’opération, l’entretien et le service des produits pour une
période d’UN AN A PARTIR DE LA DATE D’UTILISATION INITIALE, MAIS EN AUCUN CAS
LA GARANTIE NE DEVRA EXCEDER VINGT-QUATRE MOIS DE LA DATE D’EXPEDITION
AU DISTRIBUTEUR. Une preuve d’achat contenant la date d’expédition doit être fournie par
l’utilisateur afin de valider la garantie. Cette garantie ne s’applique qu’aux produits fabriqués
par Apex Tool Group exclusivement et ne tient pas compte de ceux fabriqués par d’autres. Les
produits fabriqués en dehors de Apex Tool Group ont une garantie limitée à celle qui est offerte à
Apex Tool Group par le fabricant et seulement dans la mesure que Apex Tool Group puisse mettre
en application une telle garantie. Cette garantie est limitée à la réparation ou remplacement,
tel que choisit Apex Tool Group, de toute pièce défectueuse pour laquelle le distributeur doit
présenter une déclaration par écrit après cinq jours de la découverte des défauts. Les frais de
transport et d’installation ne sont pas inclus. Apex Tool Group tient l’option d’exiger le retour du
matériel défectueux, avec frais de transport payés, pour son inspection. Apex Tool Group ne
tiendra pas compte des réparations effectuées sans son autorisation. APEX TOOL GROUP, LLC
N’ASSUME AUCUN TYPE DE GARANTIE SUPPLEMENTAIRE, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE,
ET PAR LE PRESENT DOCUMENT DESAVOUE TOUTES GARANTIES DU CARACTERE
ADEQUAT POUR LA COMMERCIALISATION OU UN USAGE PARTICULIER.
