Wir empfehlen, die vorprogrammierten Einstellungen der Juice Box™ zu verwenden. Die Juice Box™ lässt sich
jedoch auch an verschiedene Motoränderungen, Tuningzustände und Umweltbedingungen anpassen. Drücken Sie
die Modustaste, um den Ablauf zu starten. Drücken Sie nochmals die Modustaste, um die einzelnen Modi
nacheinander einzugeben. Beachten Sie, dass jeder Modus anhand der Farbe(n) der blinkenden LED(s) auf der LEDAnzeige erkennbar ist. Anhand der LED-Farbe bzw. der Farbkombination lassen sich sechs Modi unterscheiden.
Die 6 Modi sind jeweils wie folgt: Grün, Gelb, Rot, Grün-Blau, Gelb-Blau und Rot-Blau.
Jetzt können Sie jeden Modus manuell programmieren. Schauen Sie in den mit der Einheit gelieferten
Grundeinstellungen nach. Um die Juice Box™ zu programmieren, muss das Motorrad laufen, damit die Juice Box™
mit Leistung versorgt wird. Drücken Sie einfach die Modustaste, um den ersten Modus zu aktivieren. Wenn Sie länger
als 5 Sekunden in einem Einstellmodus bleiben, ohne andere Tasten zu drücken, verlässt die Juice Box™ den
Einstellmodus und kehrt in den Betriebsmodus zurück.
Um die Einstellungen in einem bestimmten Modus zu speichern, drücken Sie die MODE-Taste, die zum nächsten
einstellbaren Modus führt, oder warten Sie, bis die Juice Box™ in den Betriebsmodus zurückkehrt. Die Einstellungen
in den einzelnen Modi werden durch Drücken der (+) und (-) Taste jeweils rechts und links neben der Modustaste
festgelegt. Für eine einfache Übersicht sind die LEDs von 1 bis 8 nummeriert. Die LEDs können jedoch auch auf die
folgenden Positionen eingestellt werden: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5,5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8. Wenn zum Beispiel in
einem bestimmten Modus LED 4 blinkt, wird die LED-Anzeige in diesem Modus auf 4 gesetzt. Wird die (+) Taste
einmal gedrückt, blinken die LEDs 4 und 5 gleichzeitig und die LED-Anzeige wird auf 4.5.gesetzt. Wenn die (+) Taste
nochmals gedrückt wird, blinkt nur LED 5 und die LED-Anzeige wird auf 5 gesetzt. Die LED-Anzeige lässt sich auch
auf 0.5 setzen. Dazu die (-) Taste drücken und die farbige LED auf Position 1 bewegen. Anschließend nochmals die () Taste drücken, bis die LED in Position 1 doppelt so schnell blinkt wie normal.
I. Der erste Modus (Modus Grün) betrifft das Hinzufügen einer zusätzlichen Menge an Kraftstoff bei
Reisegeschwindigkeit.
Auf der LED-Anzeige sollte eine blinkende grüne LED erscheinen. Um mehr Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen, bewegen Sie die
blinkende grüne LED mit der (+) Taste nach rechts. Um weniger Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen, bewegen Sie die blinkende
grüne LED mit der (-) Taste nach links. Wenn Sie die blinkende grüne LED auf die Position 0.5 auf der LED-Anzeige
setzen, wird der Kraftstoffkurve kein Kraftstoff hinzugefügt.Hinweis: Damit die Juice Box den Abgasvorschriften
entspricht, ist ein kleiner Teil “des ersten Modus (Modus Grün)” nicht einstellbar. Der Betrieb dieses Modus bleibt
ungeachtet der oben erwähnten Anweisungen unverändert. Während des Betriebs des Fahrzeugs blinkt auf der LEDAnzeige jedoch langsam eine einzelne grüne LED und zeigt an, dass sich das Fahrzeug innerhalb der
Abgasvorschriften bewegt und die Kraftstoffkurve nicht verändert wird.
II. Der zweite Modus (Modus Gelb) betrifft das Hinzufügen einer zusätzlichen Menge an Kraftstoff bei der
Beschleunigung. Auf der LED-Anzeige sollte eine blinkende gelbe LED erscheinen. Um mehr Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen,
bewegen Sie die blinkende gelbe LED mit der (+) Taste nach rechts. Um weniger Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen, bewegen
Sie die blinkende gelbe LED mit der (-) Taste nach links. Wenn Sie die blinkende gelbe LED auf die Position 0.5 auf
der LED-Anzeige setzen, wird der Kraftstoffkurve kein Kraftstoff hinzugefügt.
III. Der dritte Modus (Modus Rot) betrifft das Hinzufügen einer zusätzlichen Menge an Kraftstoff bei Vollgas. Auf der
LED-Anzeige sollte eine blinkende rote LED erscheinen. Um mehr Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen, bewegen Sie die
blinkende rote LED mit der (+) Taste nach rechts. Um weniger Kraftstoff hinzuzufügen, bewegen Sie die blinkende
rote LED mit der (-) Taste nach links. Wenn Sie die blinkende rote LED auf die Position 0.5 auf der LED-Anzeige
setzen, wird der Kraftstoffkurve kein Kraftstoff hinzugefügt.
Hinweis: Wenn die blinkenden grünen, gelben und roten LEDs in den Modi 1 bis 3 (Grün, Gelb und Rot) auf
die Position 0.5 auf der LED-Anzeige gesetzt werden, fügt die Juice Box™ der Kraftstoffkurve des Motorrads
keinen Kraftstoff hinzu. Diese Einstellung schaltet die Juice Box™ praktisch ab, obwohl sie noch an das
Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem des Motorrads angeschlossen ist. Das Motorrad läuft, als wäre die Juice Box™
nicht installiert. Die LEDs der Juice Box™ arbeiten nach wie vor normal, obwohl kein Kraftstoff hinzugefügt
wird.
IV. Der vierte Modus (Modus Grün-Blau) ist eine Einstellung zur Festlegung des Punktes im Drehzahlbereich, an
dem der Kraftstoff für Reisegeschwindigkeit/Modus Grün auf ON schaltet. Auf der LED-Anzeige erscheint eine
blinkende grüne LED, während gleichzeitig auf der 8. LED eine blinkende blaue LED erscheint. Der Modus Grün-Blau
basiert ausschließlich auf der Drehzahl. Jede LED-Position entspricht einer bestimmten Drehzahl Ihres Motorrads. In
diesem Fall schaltet LED 0.5 den Kraftstoff für Reisegeschwindigkeit/Modus Grün bei einer Drehzahl von 1.100 U/min
auf ON und LED 8 schaltet den Kraftstoff für Reisegeschwindigkeit/Modus Grün bei einer Drehzahl von 4.000 U/min
auf ON. Alle LED-Einstellungen zwischen 0.5 und 8 schalten den Kraftstoff für Reisegeschwindigkeit/Modus Grün
zwischen den oben genannten Umdrehungszahlen auf ON. Welche Drehzahl welcher LED entspricht, lässt sich
anhand der bekannten Werte errechnen. Wenn die grüne LED bei Reisegeschwindigkeit ständig leuchtet, ist der
Modus Grün aktiv und die grün-blaue LED ist auf eine niedrigere Drehzahl als die aktuelle Drehzahl des Motorrads
eingestellt; Kraftstoff für den Modus Grün wird hinzugefügt. Wenn die grüne LED bei Reisegeschwindigkeit langsam
blinkt, ist der Modus Grün NICHT aktiv und die grün-blaue LED ist auf eine höhere Drehzahl als die aktuelle Drehzahl
des Motorrads eingestellt; Kraftstoff für den Modus Grün wird NICHT hinzugefügt.
V. Der fünfte Modus (Modus Gelb-Blau) ist eine Einstellung zur Festlegung des Zeitpunktes, zu dem die Menge an
Kraftstoff für Beschleunigung/Modus Gelb zuschaltet. Auf der LED-Anzeige erscheint eine blinkende gelbe LED,
während gleichzeitig auf der 8. LED eine blinkende blaue LED erscheint. Um die Empfindlichkeit zu erhöhen und
demzufolge den Kraftstoff für den Modus Gelb früher zuzuschalten, bewegen Sie die blinkende gelbe LED mit der (-)
Taste nach links. Um die Empfindlichkeit zu verringern und demzufolge den Kraftstoff für den Modus Gelb später
zuzuschalten, bewegen Sie die blinkende gelbe LED mit der (+) Taste nach rechts.
VI. Der sechste Modus (Modus Rot-Blau) ist eine Einstellung zur Festlegung des Zeitpunktes, zu dem die Menge an
Kraftstoff für Vollgas/Modus Rot zuschaltet. Auf der LED-Anzeige erscheint eine blinkende rote LED, während
gleichzeitig auf der 8. LED eine blinkende blaue LED erscheint. Um die Empfindlichkeit zu erhöhen und demzufolge
den Kraftstoff für den Modus Rot früher zuzuschalten, bewegen Sie die blinkende rote LED mit der (-) Taste nach
links. Um die Empfindlichkeit zu verringern und demzufolge den Kraftstoff für den Modus Rot später zuzuschalten,
bewegen Sie die blinkende rote LED mit der (+) Taste nach rechts.

Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser les réglages préprogrammés pour votre Juice Box™. Toutefois, le Juice Box™
peut être réglé pour s'adapter aux différentes modifications de moteurs, types de réglage et conditions ambiantes.
Pour commencer ce processus, appuyez sur le bouton de mode. Pour sélectionner les modes successifs, il suffit
d'appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton de mode. Remarquez que chacun des modes est identifié par la ou les couleurs
de la ou des LED qui clignotent sur l'affichage. Il y a six modes différents distingués par une couleur ou une
combinaison de couleurs de LED. Les six modes sont les suivants : vert, jaune, rouge, vert-bleu, jaune-bleu et
rouge-bleu. Vous êtes maintenant prêt à programmer manuellement chacun des modes. Consultez les réglages de
base fournie avec votre boîtier. Pour programmer le boîtier Juice Box™, la moto doit être en état de marche afin de
fournir l'alimentation au boîtier Juice Box™.
Pour activer le premier mode, appuyez simplement sur le bouton de mode. À chaque fois que vous restez dans un
mode de réglage pendant plus de 5 secondes sans appuyer de boutons, le boîtier Juice Box™ abandonne le mode
réglage et retourne au mode de fonctionnement normal. Pour enregistrer les réglages d'un mode particulier, appuyez
sur le bouton MODE permettant d'aller au mode suivant ou attendez simplement que le boîtier Juice Box™ retourne

LED sont numérotées de 1 à 8. Cependant on peut régler les LED pour les positions suivantes : 0,5 ; 1 ; 1,5 ; 2 ; 2,5 ;
3 ; 3,5 ; 4 ; 4,5 ; 5 ; 5,5 ; 6 ; 6,5 ; 7 ; 7,5 ; 8. Par ex., dans un mode particulier, si la LED 4 clignote cela signifie que
l'affichage est réglé sur 4 pour ce mode. Si on appuie sur le bouton (+) encore une fois, les LED 4 et 5 clignotent
simultanément et l'affichage LED est réglé sur 4,5. Si on appuie sur le bouton (+) encore une fois, seule la LED 5
clignote et l'affichage LED est réglé sur 5. L'affichage LED peut également être réglé sur 0,5 en appuyant le nombre
de fois nécessaires sur le bouton (-) pour faire défiler les LED colorées jusqu'à la position 1 et en appuyant à nouveau
une fois sur le bouton (-) de sorte que la LED de la position 1 clignote deux fois plus vite que la normale.

position 0,5 de la rangée de LED, il n'y a pas de carburant ajouté par rapport à la courbe d'injection d'origine.
Remarque : pour que le boîtier Juice Box soit conforme aux réglementations sur les émissions, une petite partie du
« premier mode (mode vert) » n'est pas réglable. Le fonctionnement dans ce mode est inchangé en ce qui concerne
les instructions ci-dessus. Toutefois pendant le fonctionnement du véhicule, une seule diode verte clignote lentement
sur la rangée de LED pour indiquer que le véhicule fonctionne dans la zone légale d'émission et qu'aucune
modification de la courbe d'injection d'origine n'est appliquée.
II. Le second mode (mode jaune) représente une quantité supplémentaire de carburant injecté en période
d'accélération. Une diode jaune se met à clignoter sur la rangée de LED. Pour ajouter plus de carburant, faire

position 0,5 de la rangée de LED, il n'y a pas de carburant ajouté par rapport à la courbe d'injection d'origine.
III. Le troisième mode (mode rouge) représente une quantité supplémentaire de carburant injecté en régime plein
gaz. Une diode rouge se met à clignoter sur la rangée de LED. Pour ajouter plus de carburant, faire progresser la
LED rouge clignotante vers la droite avec le bouton (+). Pour ajouter moins de carburant, faire progresser la LED
rouge clignotante vers la gauche avec le bouton (-). Si la LED rouge clignotante est réglée sur la position 0,5 de la
rangée de LED, il n'y a pas de carburant ajouté par rapport à la courbe d'injection d'origine.
Remarque : si dans les modes 1 à 3 (vert, jaune et rouge) les LED clignotantes, vertes jaunes et rouges sont
réglées sur la position 0,5 de la rangée de LED, le boîtier Juice Box™ n'ajoute pas de carburant par rapport à
la courbe d'injection d'origine. Par définition, ce réglage met le boîtier Juice Box™ hors fonction bien qu'il
soit toujours connecté sur le système d'injection de carburant de la moto. La moto fonctionne comme si le
boîtier Juice Box™ n'est pas installé. Toutefois, le boîtier Juice Box™ LEDs continue de fonctionner
normalement même s'il n'ajoute pas de carburant.
IV. Le quatrième mode (mode vert-bleu) est un réglage pour déterminer le point de la plage de régimes pour lequel
le mode de croisière/vert se met en MARCHE. Une diode verte se met à clignoter sur la rangée de LED et
ème
simultanément une diode bleue se met à clignoter à l'emplacement de la 8 LED de la rangée. Le mode vert-bleu se
base exclusivement sur le régime. Chaque position de LED représente un régime en tours/minutes spécifique du
moteur. Dans ce cas, la diode LED 0,5 met le mode croisière/vert en MARCHE à 1100 tr/mn et la diode 8 met le
mode croisière/vert en MARCHE à 4000 tr/mn. Chaque réglage de LED entre 0,5 et 8 met le mode croisière/vert en
MARCHE à un régime intermédiaire entre les deux mentionnés ci-dessus. Vous pouvez calculer le régime
correspondant en tr/mn par interpolation linéaire du numéro de LED sélectionné. En mode croisière, si la diode verte
est allumée constamment, cela signifie que le mode vert est activé et que la LED vert-bleu est réglée à un régime
inférieur au régime auquel le moteur tourne à cet instant ; le boîtier ajoute du carburant selon le mode vert. En mode
croisière, si la diode verte clignote lentement, cela signifie que le mode vert est activé et que la LED vert-bleu est
réglée à un régime supérieur au régime auquel le moteur tourne à cet instant ; le boîtier N'ajoute PAS de carburant.
V. Le cinquième mode (mode jaune-bleu) est un réglage pour déterminer le moment auquel le mode
accélération/jaune d'injection de carburant se met en marche. Une diode jaune se met à clignoter sur la rangée de
ème
LED et simultanément une diode bleue se met à clignoter au niveau de la 8
LED. Pour augmenter la sensibilité et
par conséquent enclencher plus tôt le mode d'injection jaune, faire progresser la LED jaune clignotante vers la
gauche avec le bouton (-). Pour diminuer la sensibilité et par conséquent enclencher plus tard le mode d'injection
jaune, faire progresser la LED jaune clignotante vers la droite avec le bouton (+).
VI. Le sixième mode (mode rouge-bleu) est un réglage pour déterminer le moment auquel le mode plein gaz/rouge
d'injection de carburant se met en marche. Une diode rouge se met à clignoter sur la rangée de LED et
ème
simultanément une LED bleue se met à clignoter au niveau de la 8
LED. Pour augmenter la sensibilité et par
conséquent enclencher plus tôt le mode d'injection rouge, faire progresser la LED rouge clignotante vers la gauche
avec le bouton (-). Pour diminuer la sensibilité et par conséquent enclencher plus tard le mode d'injection rouge, faire
progresser la LED rouge clignotante vers la droite avec le bouton (+).

It is recommended that the pre-programmed settings of the Juice Box™be used. However, the Juice Box™ can be
adjusted to suit different engine modifications, states of tune and environmental conditions. To begin this process,
press the mode button. To enter each successive mode, just press the mode button again. Note that every mode will
be identifiable by the color(s) of the flashing LED(s) on the LED display. There are six modes that are distinguished
by an LED color or color combination. The 6 modes are as follows, respectively: Green, Yellow, Red, Green-Blue,
Yellow-Blue and Red-Blue. You are now ready to manually program each mode. Consult the base settings supplied
with the unit. To program the Juice Box™, the bike must be running in order to supply power to the Juice Box™.
Simply press the mode button to activate the first mode. If at anytime you stay in an adjustment mode for longer
than 5 seconds without pressing any buttons, the Juice Box™ will exit the adjustment mode and will return to the
o perational mode. To save settings in a particular mode press the MODE button which goes to the next adjustable
mode or wait for t he Juice Box™ to exit back to the operational mode. The settings in each mode are adjusted by
pressing the (+) and (-) buttons located on the right and left side of the mode button, respectively. For easy reference,
the LEDs are numbered 1 through 8. However, the LEDs can be adjusted to the following positions: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5,
3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5,5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8. For example, in a particular mode, if LED 4 is flashing then the LED display is set
to 4 in that mode. If the (+) button is pressed once then LEDs 4 and 5 will flash simultaneously and the LED display is
set to 4.5. If the (+) button is pressed once again, only LED 5 will flash and the LED display is set to 5. The LED
display can also be set to 0.5 by pressing the (-) button and scrolling the colored LED to position 1 and then pressing
the (-) button once more until the LED in position 1 is flashing twice as fast as normal.
I. The first mode (Green Mode) represents an additional amount of fuel added under cruise conditions.
A flashing green LED should appear on the LED display. To add more fuel, scroll the flashing green LED to the right
using the (+) button. To add less fuel, scroll the flashing green LED to the left using the (-) button. If you set the
flashing green LED to the 0.5 position on the LED display, no fuel will be added to the stock fuel curve. Note: In
order for the Juice Box to meet emissions requirements, a small portion of “The first mode (Green Mode)” is nonadjustable. Operation of this mode remains unchanged from the above instructions. However, during vehicle
operations a single green LED will slowly flash on the LED display indicating that the vehicle is operating in the
Emissions Legal Zone and no modification to the stock fuel curve is taking place.
II. The second mode (Yellow Mode) represents an additional amount of fuel added during acceleration. A
flashing yellow LED should appear on the LED display. To add more fuel, scroll the flashing yellow LED to the right
using the (+) button. To add less fuel, scroll the flashing yellow LED to the left using the (-) button. If you set the
flashing yellow LED to the 0.5 position on the LED display, no fuel will be added to the stock fuel curve.
III. The third mode (Red Mode) represents an additional amount of fuel added during full throttle conditions. A
flashing red LED should appear on the LED display. To add more fuel, scroll the flashing red LED to the right using
the (+) button. To add less fuel, scroll the flashing red LED to the left using the (-) button. If you set the flashing red
LED to the 0.5 position on the LED display, no fuel will be added to the stock fuel curve.
Note: If the flashing green, yellow and red LEDs in modes 1 through 3 (Green, Yellow and Red) are set to the
0.5 position on the LED display then the Juice Box™ will not add any fuel to the bike’s stock fuel curve. This
setting will essentially turn off the Juice Box™ even though it is still attached to the bike’s fuel injection
system. The bike will run as though the Juice Box™ is not installed. The Juice Box™ LEDs will still operate

IV. The fourth mode (Green-Blue Mode) is an adjustment to determine the point on the RPM range when
the cruise/Green Mode fuel turns ON. A flashing green LED appears on the LED display while at the same time a
flashing blue LED appears on the 8th LED. The Green-Blue mode is RPM based only. Each LED position represents
a specific RPM on your bike. In this case, LED 0.5 will turn ON the cruise/Green Mode fuel at 1,100 RPM and LED 8
will turn ON the cruise/Green Mode fuel at 4,000 RPM. Each LED setting in between 0.5 and 8 will turn ON the
cruise/Green Mode fuel in between the above-mentioned RPM points. You can calculate what RPM corresponds to
what LED by interpolation. If during cruise, the Green LED is solid, then the Green Mode is active and the Green-Blue
LED is set to a RPM that is lower than the current RPM of the motorcycle; Green Mode fuel is being added. If during
cruise, the Green LED is slowly flashing, then the Green Mode is NOT active and the Green-Blue LED is set to a
RPM that is higher than the current RPM of the motorcycle; Green Mode fuel is NOT being added.
V. The fifth mode (Yellow-Blue Mode) is an adjustment to determine the time when the acceleration/Yellow Mode
fuel amount turns on. A flashing yellow LED appears on the LED display while at the same time a flashing blue LED
appears on the 8th LED. To increase the sensitivity and therefore cause the Yellow Mode fuel to turn on sooner,
scroll the flashing yellow LED to the left using the (-) button. To decrease the sensitivity and therefore cause the
Yellow Mode fuel to turn on later, scroll the flashing yellow LED to the right using the (+) button.
VI. The sixth mode (Red-Blue Mode) is an adjustment to determine the time when the full throttle/Red Mode fuel
amount turns on. A flashing red LED appears on the LED display while at the same time a flashing blue LED appears
on the 8th LED. To increase the sensitivity and therefore cause the Red Mode fuel to turn on sooner, scroll the
flashing red LED to the left using the (-) button. To decrease the sensitivity and therefore cause the Red Mode fuel to
turn on later, scroll the flashing red LED to the right using the (+) button.
