Chocolate cake Ingredients : -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ 100g yoghurt 100g sugar 100g flour 100g oil baking powder 150g chocolate 3 eggs Directions : -‐ Preheat the oven and grease a baking tin. -‐ In a saucepan melt the chocolate and 2 spoons of water. -‐ In a bowl, mix together with a whisk : yoghurt, sugar, flour, oil and baking powder. -‐ Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. -‐ Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and stir. -‐ Pour the mixture in the baking tin. -‐ Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
