VINE & WINE / AGROTECHNOLOGIES For more environment-friendly winegrowing and making WINENVIRONMENT Labelled project WINENVIRONMENT The WINENVIRONMENT project is intended to promote innovative green technologies to help protect the environment in the vine and wine sector. Project holder It is designed in particular to meet two major industry challenges: high water consumption and heavy use of phytosanitary products. Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin (IFV) The project consortium has 12 partner members from 6 European countries : France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Objectives Asses the efficiency of two innovative technologies to reduce water consumption in wineries and develop an environmental quality management method..
