Le choix final des spécialisations de l’étudiant doit se
faire 15 jours avant la fin de la 2ème année d’études en
fonction des spécialisations disponibles.
Cette inscription est validée dès son acceptation par la
direction et devient définitive.
Les 3 modules de spécialisation seront facturés en une
seule fois avant le début de la 3ème année.
Si l’étudiant s’inscrit tardivement (hors délais), des frais
administratifs de CHF 500.- seront facturés.
Si l’étudiant annule son inscription moins de 1.5 mois
avant la rentrée académique, des frais administratifs de
CHF 1000.- seront facturés. Si les modules sont déjà
payés, l’annulation ne donne droit à aucun
remboursement.
Je comprends que l’université se réserve le droit de
modifier les programmes de cours et d’annuler une
spécialisation, si le nombre d’étudiants est insuffisant ou
en cas de circonstances imprévues ou si le cours ne
peut être implémenté.
Si l’université annule une spécialisation, l’étudiant a la
possibilité de choisir entre les spécialisations restantes
offertes ou sera remboursé du montant déjà payé
concernant la spécialisation annulée.

The final specialization of the student must be
chosen 15 days before the end of his/her 2nd year.
This choice must be made from the available
specialization choices.
This enrollment is approved once accepted by the
direction and becomes definitive.
The 3 modules will be billed in a single invoice at the
beginning of the 3rd year.
If the student enrolls tardily (see deadlines), CHF
500.- administrative fees will be billed.
If the student cancels his/her enrollment less than
1.5 months before the academic intake, CHF 1000.of administrative fees will be billed. If the modules
are already paid for, cancelation will not incur any
reimbursement.
I understand that the university reserves the right to
modify the course program and/or cancel a
specialization if the number of students signed up do
not meet the minimum requirement or if the course
cannot be implemented.
If the university cancels a specialization, the student
will have the possibility to choose between the rest
of the specializations available after the cancelation.
