Terms of Service
Article 1: Introduction
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the relationship between the society Many Players
(the Society) whose registered office is at 88 Ter, avenue du Général Leclerc, 92100 Boulogne Billancourt – France and the users (the Users/ User) of the site and the games realized by the
Society.
These Terms of Service form a legally binding contract between the Users and the Society.
The Society has developed the following games:

Article 2: Acceptance
The Users commit to respect the Terms of Many Players.
Many Players reserves the right to modify the Terms totally or in part. The Users will be informed of the
changes on the website of the games.
The connection to the Games of the Society obtains acceptance of the changes.
The breach of these Terms entitles the Society to refuse access to the Games for the User.
Article 3: Registration and accounts
3.1: Conduct of registration.
These Terms of Service form a legally binding contract between the Users and the Society.
The Users affirm that they are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their country or
that they have reviewed this Agreement with their parents or guardian and they assent to these Terms on
the Users behalf and take full responsibility for their compliance with them. The Users agree that he/she
and/or their parents or guardian are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions,
obligations, representations and responsibilities set forth in these Terms, and to abide and comply with
these Terms.
The subscription to a Game enables the User to play all the games developed by the Society.
To play the Games, the User must complete the registration form available on the site.
The User agrees to provide the Society with accurate information and complete all fields of the registration
form.
Once the form completed, the User submits the information and data accuracy by clicking the submit
button. The User will then be sent a confirmation email in which there is a link that he has to click to
confirm his registration to the Games.
User can continue to play without having confirmed his registration; however he cannot compete for prizes
from the contest and / or lotteries held as part of the Games.
The User must also complete the "Additional Information" to be eligible for prizes from the contest and / or
lotteries held as part of the Games.
3.2: Creating an account
The account is available to the user via his email address and a password.
The User account remains the property of the Society. The User has a right of access to Games through
the account provided to the User.
To create an account, the following information are required:
- Boat name / Nickname
- Email
- Password
When the User connects to the Games after his registration, he will also be asked to fill out the "Additional
Information" which is:
- Name
- FirstName
- Date of birth
- Country
- Address
- Postal code
- City
The information provided must be accurate, complete, verifiable and updated by the User.
3.3: Boatname / Nickname :
The choice of pseudonym must not infringe intellectual property laws (use of a registered trademark,....).
The nickname / boat name must not refer to a political orientation, ethnicity, community or religion. It
should not be vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, racist, or prejudice the rights of any third party.
It should not have sexual or pornographic connotation.
In case of non respect of these Terms, the Society reserves the right to remove an account or an alias.
Article 4: Privacy and data modification Users
4.1: Privacy.
User is solely responsible for their account, login and password.
The User agrees not to disclose his login and password and / or does not provide access to his/her account
to a third party.
The User has full responsibility for the confidentiality of his/her data.
In case of misuse of confidential information, the User must notify the Society as soon as possible.
Any act (connection, data transfer, Chat on the conversation) will be deemed made by the User until the
Society receives an email warning that confidential data have been usurped. The User may therefore be
liable for any breach of these Terms for any act performed prior to sending the email.
3.2: Changing the data relating to users.
The User can modify his data (his/her email address, password, nickname, postal address ...) by going on
"My Account" section.
According to French law “Informatique et Libertés” " of January 6th, 1978, the User has a right to access,
rectify, modify and delete data. To exercise this right, User should contact the Society by email at:

Article 4: Rules of Conduct
The Forum is a space of communication between Users. The User is responsible for what he/she says on
the Forum.
The Society may decide, at its discretion, to block and / or delete a User's account if it determines that his
remarks do not respect the Terms.
It is forbidden to use the Forum to:
- Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Post or transmit any "shocking" or sexually explicit or pornographic image.
- Post or transmit chain letters, pyramid or money schemes.
- "Spam" by posting messages that are too frequent, unwanted or unrelated to the Games on the Forum.
- Publish articles inciting to piracy, hacking, cheating
- Advertising for the site of a User, its services, a competitor, its commercial products, or to a friend site is
absolutely prohibited without the prior written consent of the Society
- Controversial Topics such as politics and/or religion should be avoided.
- To show disrespect to the administrators, moderators or any employee of the Society
In addition, the User must comply with the rules of the Forum.
Any violation of the rules will result, at the discretion of the Society, to a blocking and / or deletion of
User's account.
Article 5: Rules of Conduct
The User agrees not to insult, threaten, embarrass or harass other Users and / or employees of the
Society.
The User agrees not to make racist, offensive, abusive, discriminatory or contrary to French, European or
international laws sentiments in the Games.
The User agrees not to seek to collect information about other Users and not to provide information that
would be collected about other Users.
The User agrees not to spam and / or flood other Users.
The Society may record, analyze and delete your communication in order to control them.
The User agrees not to prejudice the interests of the Society and the Games, in particular by not using the
flaws, bugs or any other error in the Games to obtain a benefit.
The User agrees not to use proxy servers (also called proxies) to connect to the Games.
Article 6: Sanctions
In case of breach of these Terms, the Society may penalize the user.
Depending on the seriousness of the violation of these Terms, the Society may at its discretion apply the
following sanctions:
- A warning: the Society shall inform the player that he has violated these Terms. If multiple warnings are
addressed to the same User, the Society reserves the right to block or delete the account.
- A temporary ban: Users no longer have access to Games for a limited period. The User will be informed
in advance of the ban and its duration by email.
- The account deletion: Users can no longer access the Games permanently. The User is first notified of
the deletion of his account by email.
The Society reserves the right to apply any sanction to a user, in proportion to the violation, without
having previously applied a lesser sanction or a lesser period.
In case of an account deletion or a banning, the Society will not make any refund to the deleted/banned
User who has purchased options/credits.
Article 7: Respect for intellectual property.
Many Players and Virtual Regatta.com are registered trademarks. Games content produced and distributed
by the Society's are its property.
Reproduction, translation, sale, transfer, publication, exploitation, dissemination of any content and / or
Games related item is forbidden to Users without first obtaining the written agreement of the Society.
The Games are protected by French laws on intellectual property.
any fraudulent and / or unauthorized use of the contents of the Games will result in a legal action.
Article 8: How to buy credits / options.
Users can purchase credits / options as part of the Game.
The prices displayed on the site are inclusive of all taxes.
Payment can be made by card, via PayPal, SMS or WHA at the choice of the User.
In the event that the Society uses an intermediary paying like Paypal or WHA, it cannot be held
responsible in case of prejudice. The Society will make its best efforts to help the User to settle the
situation.
If the Credits / Options do not appear in the User's account, after the order was confirmed, he/she must
contact the Society as soon as possible by email at: [email protected]
In case of fraud or attempted fraud, the Society may block and / or delete the User's account and institute
legal proceedings against the User.
Users are forbidden to offer to other users sell options / credits on the sites of the Society. In case of
problems related to the purchase of Options / User to User credits, the Society will in no way be held
liable.
Article 9: Liability of the Society
The Society makes its best efforts to ensure that the Games functions properly.
The Society has an obligation of means regarding access to the Games. It cannot guarantee to the User an
uninterrupted availability of its Games.
In case of malfunction of a Game or an inability to access the Game, the Society will do its utmost to
restore service within a reasonable time.
However, the Society shall not be held responsible in case of force majeure.
The Society shall not be liable for technical problems beyond its done.
Article 10: Users: FAQ and Support
10.1: The FAQ
The most recurrent issues are answered in the FAQ. Before sending any request to the Society about a
Game, the User must verify that it is not responded to its request in this section. If a User sends a
question which answer is given in the FAQ section, no response will be sent.
10.2: Support
If the issue is not answered in the FAQ, the User must send his question by email only at:
[email protected]
No questions asked by other means (mail sent to another address, phone call, fax ....) will be processed by
the Society.
Answers are sent in order of receipt of emails.
The Society will make its best efforts to respond within a reasonable time.
Any question of the User accompanied with abusive language vis-à-vis the team of the Society will not be
answered and will bring banishment or deletion of User's account.
Article 11: Validity / Change of Terms.
These Terms are subject to French law.
If one or more articles of these Terms were declared inconsistent with a law or regulation, other articles
shall remain in full force and effect.
The Society may at any time modify these Terms. The User will be notified of changes on the homepage of
the Games.
The fact for the user to connect to a Game belonging to the Society constitutes acceptance by him of the
changes.
