UN (1) CONSULTANT EN REHAUSSEMENT DE SERVICES
Contrat d’une durée de 12 mois
Concours C16-05
HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL: 35 heures par semaine, de 8 h à 16 h
LIEU DE TRAVAIL: Ottawa
SOMMAIRE: Sous la supervision du gestionnaire des opérations, le consultant en rehaussement de services
est responsable de la bonne gestion de plusieurs dossiers dont les notes administratives dans Matrix,
l’approche FIT ainsi que l’approfondissement de plusieurs approches d’intervention.
QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:
 Baccalauréat/maîtrise en travail social ou baccalauréat/maîtrise dans un autre domaine lié aux services
humains;
 Un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience en intervention;
 Connaissances générales en matière de développement de la personne ;
 Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit ;
 Compétences interpersonnelles rehaussées;
 Capacité à intervenir et outiller un individu au téléphone;
 Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, tout en faisant preuve d’initiative;
 Capacité à gérer son temps et les priorités;
 Bonne connaissance des services de la région Est (Prescott-Russell, Cornwall, Ottawa et Renfrew serait un
atout).
TÂCHES PRINCIPALES:
 Appui dans la gestion de certains cas;
 Appui dans l’animation de certains groupes (au besoin);
 Participation à des rencontres et comités au besoin;
 Tenir le superviseur informé de l’évolution des dossiers assignés ;
 Intervenir efficacement en temps de crises auprès des visiteurs et au téléphone ;
 Répondre aux demandes d'information ;
 Respecter les exigences administratives et cliniques telles que décrites dans les normes et politiques ;
 Autres tâches connexes.
SALAIRE: 68,786$ à 86,710$ (selon l’expérience ainsi que l’éducation du candidat)

ONE (1) SERVICE ENHANCEMENT CONSULTANT
Contractual position (12 months)

WORK SCHEDULE: 35 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
WORKPLACE: Ottawa
SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Service Enhancement Consultant is
responsible for the proper managements of several files including the administrative notes in Matrix, the FIT
approach as well as the development of several intervention approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelors/Masters degree in social work or another field related to human services;
 One (1) to three (3) years of experience in intervention;
 General knowledge of human development;
 Bilingual essential, oral and writing;
 Excellent interpersonal skills;
 Ability to intervene and to supply valuable tools and resources to individuals by telephone;
 Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative;
 Ability to manage time and priorities;
 Good knowledge of the services available in the East region (Prescott-Russell, Cornwall, Ottawa and
Renfrew) would be an asset.
MAIN TASKS:
 Offer support in the management of certain cases;
 Offer support in leading certain groups (as needed);
 Participate in meetings and committees (as needed);
 Keep the supervisor informed about the development of assigned cases;
 Respond effectively in times of crisis from visitors or over the phone;
 Complete necessary documentation according to the agency’s guidelines;
 Follow administrative and clinical requirements as described in the policies and procedures;
 Other related tasks.
ANNUAL SALARY: 68,786$ à 86,710$ (selon l’expérience ainsi que l’éducation du candidat)
