Oral presentation Magic trick
In two weeks students will present a simple magic trick to the class. They will perform their trick once, then show it again, explaining step by step what they did. This presentation will be in French. I will be evaluating students on their ability to speak in French, using complete sentences and procedural vocabulary. The magic trick should not be complicated, as the emphasis is on the oral part of the project. If your child does not know any magic tricks, you may help them to research and learn a new trick. Students may bring some cue cards with one or two words on them to prompt them, but should be comfortable enough explaining their magic trick that they do not need to read the full sentences.
