PRESS RELEASE 8 January 2014 Jean-Louis Onnis joins RATP Dev as HR VP RATP Group subsidiary, RATP Dev, announces appointment of JeanLouis Onnis as human resources VP. Jean-Louis Onnis joined the KODAK PATHE group in 1992 before moving to THALES in 2001 as HR VP for optronics operations and then in engineering consulting. Starting in 2007, Jean-Louis began managing the creation of shared HR services and was the international coordinator of the group’s appeal program. He has been HR director for the Land & Defence division since 2011 operating primarily in France, the United Kingdom and Australia. RATP Dev Executive Board ChairmanCEO François-Xavier Perin expressed his satisfaction with the appointment. “Thanks to RATP Group’s know-how, RATP Dev posts irrefutable double-digit growth. Our ambition is to continue along the same lines and consolidate our presence on international markets. Jean-Louis Onnis has the background, skills and experience we need to help us develop an HR policy on a global level that matches our ambition”. In 2013, ten years after it was established, the activity of RATP Dev rose by over 15%. RATP Dev has increased new services since last year and has extended its presence in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, North Africa, and Asia. The subsidiary stands out on an international level as a major passenger transport operator worldwide. RATP Dev The RATP Group subsidiary established in 2002, RATP Dev is tasked with exporting the group’s operating and maintenance expertise outside the historic network operated by RATP in the Paris region to the rest of France and internationally. RATP Dev is present on four continents in twelve countries (Algeria, Brazil, China, France, India, Italy, Morocco, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States).
