ALL DDO Water Polo Parents & Athletes:
We have a year round fund raising opportunity for all DDO Water
Polo Club Members. Funds raised by each athlete will go directly
into your DDO account*. This is all for you. The program is called
FundScrip. The fundraising program gives you money back on
purchases at some of the best-known retailers in Canada. There is no
door to door selling; no raffle tickets to purchase and best of all the
program costs you NOTHING. I encourage you all to visit their
website at www.fundscrip.com to find out more.
Imagine, you make your usual visit to the grocery store. You fill your
cart and go to the check out. Instead of paying with cash or a debit
card, you use a gift card that you purchased through our DDO
membership. It costs you nothing extra but you just earned money
towards sending your athlete to nationals. Same thing at the gas
pump, the pharmacy, Winners or the SAQ!! The choice to participate
is 100% yours.
HOW DOES FUNDSCRIPT WORK?
You open a FundScrip account online
You order gift cards from individual retailers in various
denominations, which you may then redeem in these
retailers‟ stores; $25 dollar gift cards will give you $25 of
spending!!!
You pay for your cards online by Electronic Funds Transfer
(debit) or credit card
FundScrip sends the cards for distribution every two weeks
You use the cards as you would cash or give them away as
gifts!(most cards have a descending balance and may be
used until the entire value has been redeemed).
Retailers give back a rebate of 2% to 10% of the value of the
cards. It will be paid on a monthly basis. A full list of
retailers is available on their web site.
If you have a neighbour or family member who would like to
support your athlete, they must provide you with the funds
for the order, you place the order in your account, and it will
be your responsibility to pass the card onto them once it is
received.

TWO METHODS OF PAYMENT
You may pay for your purchases by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
or credit card (PayPal is not an option).
To be able to pay by EFT, you must fill out the attached
application form and return it by fax or by mail with a voided
cheque to the fax number or address indicated on the form. The
set up of this EFT takes several days to process, so get set
before you are ready to order.
CREDIT CARDS
When supporters use Visa or MasterCard, rebates are lowered by
1.99% to cover associated costs for processing online credit card
transactions. This will reduce the amount that will come back to you,
so choose your payment choice wisely.
HOW TO ORDER
Go to www.fundscrip.com & click on „Login’ at the bottom
of the screen.
Enter your email address and password
Click on “Place Your Order” and follow the instructions
Your order must be in before 9:30am EST SHARP every
other Monday
All orders will be available for pick up on Fridays
between 8:30 and 9 p.m.
A signature will be required. If you miss this pick up, it will
be your responsibility to contact Andrea Roberton.

avancez au comptoir-caisse, vous n‟avez qu‟à utiliser votre carte

compétition Nationale. Vous pouvez faire de même à la station
service, à la pharmacie, chez Winners ou à la SAQ ! La décision de

Fonctionnement de FundScrip
Ouvrez un compte FundScrip en ligne
Commandez des cartes-cadeau de détaillants individuels en
différentes dénominations, que vous échangez ensuite dans
les magasins de ces détaillants
Payez pour vos cartes en ligne par débit pré autorisé.
FundScrip envoie les cartes pour distribution à chaque deux
semaine
Utilisez les cartes comme de l‟argent ou offrez – les en cadeau!
(les cartes ont un solde décroissant et sont utilisables jusqu‟à ce
que le solde soit épuisé)
Les détaillants versent une remise de 2% à 10% de la valeur des
cartes, se montant sera déposé dans votre compte à chaque
mois.
Même un parent ou un proche peut appuyer votre athlète, il
devra vous remettre le montant requis pour placer la commande
et vous serez responsable de leur distribuer les cartes cadeaux
une fois reçues.

MODE DE PAIEMENT
Vous pouvez régler vos achats par débit pré autorisé (DPA) ou une
carte de crédit.
Pour pouvoir payer par DPA, il faut remplir le formulaire
d’inscription ci-joint et le retourner par télécopieur ou par la
poste avec un chèque annulé au numéro ou à l’adresse indiqué
sur le formulaire. L’adhésion au programme peut prendre
quelques jours à être confirmé.
CARTE DE CREDIT
Vouz pouvez payer avec Visa ou Master Card mais il y a une
réduction de 1.99% sur les rabais pour couvrir les frais de cartes de
crédit.
COMMENT COMMANDER
Allez au site www.fundscrip.com et cliquez sur « Ouverture
de session »
Entrez votre adresse courriel et votre mot de passe
Cliquez sur « Commandes »
Passez votre commande et cliquez sur « Suivant »
Votre commande doit être passée avant 9:30 lundi matin
chaque deux semaine.
Réception et distribution de la commande le vendredi entre
20:30 et 21:00 au centre civique DDO. Une signature sera
