Your storkcraft baby product is warranted
against defects in workmanship or materials
for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
This warranty shall be limited to repairing or
replacing any part of the product which, in the
opinion of the company, shall be proved to be
defective in materials or workmanship under
normal use and service during the one year
warranty period. During the one year warranty
period, repair or replacement of parts shall be
made by storkcraft baby at no charge. Date
of purchase of the product must be
established by production of your sales slip or
other satisfactory evidence.

SERVICE
Contact our customer service department. The

listed below. Please do not return the product
to the store where it was originally purchased
as they do not stock replacement parts. When
calling our customer service department,
make sure to mention the model number and
date of manufacture. Both can be found on the
label attached to the product. It is company
policy to respond to each request as quickly
as possible.

Do not place bed near windows where cords from blinds or
drapes may strangle a child.
Guardrails provided must be used.
Child must be at least 15 months old and not more than 50 lbs.

Clean bed by wiping with damp clean cloth. Do not use
abrasives.
Regularly check this product, before placing the child in bed, that
every component is properly and securely in place.
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string
around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do
not suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.

Attach left side rail (C) to the headboard (A) using 2- 1/4” x 4” hex head bolts (G) and 2
barrel nuts (K). Make sure the groove on the side rail is facing inside and the top holes are
facing up and positioned close to the headboard (A). Attach right side rail (D) on other side
of headboard (A) in the same fashion.

position the mattress base support (E) with face holes up, into the grooves of the side
rails. Align the holes and attach the side rails to the mattress base support using the 1/4” x
2-3/8” bolts (I) and barrel nuts (K). Do not tighten bolts until step 3 is complete. Slide
mattress base into the grooves of the side rails.

Attach footboard (B) to the ends of side rails (C & D) using 1/4” x 4” bolts (G) and barrel
nuts (K), similar to step 1. Tighten all bolts with a Phillips screwdriver and the Allen key
provided. Do not over-tighten

Position one guard rail (F) over top of left side rail(C) adjacent to the headboard (A).
Attach upper end of guard rail(F) to headboard (A) using 1/4” x 3-1/8” hex head bolt (H)
and barrel nut (K). Attach bottom guard rail (F) to left side rail (C) using 2 - 1/4” x 2-3/8” hex
head bolts (I) and barrel nuts (K). Attach other guard rail(F) to other side of headboard (A)
in the same fashion. Tighten all bolts. Your toddler bed is now completely assembled.
