Biography
Laurence-Claire Lemmet is Associate Professor in International Law at Novancia Business
School Paris.
Her teaching areas include rights of international contracts and distribution, companies and
corporate law. Moreover her researches focus on international Business Law and Alternative
dispute resolution. She is a Member of the organisation committee of The International
Biennale of the Negotiation – Paris-, in which she has been moderator (in 2007, and in 2010).
She has also been moderator and discutant during a research workshop “Ethique et affaires”,
at Novancia Business School, in april 2014. At least she is member of the Commission
«Conférences annuelles et enquêtes » and « Enseignement» of the Association des
Professeurs de Droit des Grandes Ecoles de commerce since 2013.
