Son Pôle Entrepreneuriat et Innovation (PEI), rattaché à la Direction de l’Enseignement et de la Recherche, a pour objectif de favoriser, soutenir et accompagner le développement d’initiatives entrepreneuriales issues de l’écosystème de l’École, en interaction avec ses partenaires de l’Université Paris-Saclay et à l’international. Pour cela, le PEI a mis en place un dispositif complet de stimulation et accompagnement entrepreneurial, constitué d’un accélérateur de start-ups (X-UP), d’une pépinière d’entreprises (X-Tech), d’un lieu de prototypage et d’expérimentation (X-F4B), d’espaces de co-working et d’évènements. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Mission principale du poste: Sous la responsabilité directe du responsable du Pôle Entrepreneuriat et Innovation de l’École (PEI), le titulaire du poste a pour mission principale de développer et animer les réseaux d’entrepreneurs, d’industriels et autres partenaires. Le community manager s’assure également de promouvoir les différents éléments du dispositif entrepreneurial (en particulier : X-UP, X-Tech et X-F4B) et organiser des évènements (internes et externes). Ces missions seront réalisées en collaboration étroite avec d’autres Directions et services de l’École. Activités principales : 1/ Community management - Connecter les entrepreneurs, les élèves et étudiants, les mentors, les chercheurs, partenaires industriels,… afin de développer les liens existants entre eux, d’en créer nouveaux et de favoriser l’émergence d’autres projets ; - Promouvoir, en lien avec la Direction de la Communication, les start-ups issues l’écosystème entrepreneurial de l’Ecole ; - Participer à la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication du PEI ; - Animer et fédérer les communautés sur les réseaux sociaux ; - Finaliser et faire vivre le site Web du PEI ; - Favoriser l’échange d’informations avec et entre les membres des réseaux du PEI ; assurer la collecte, la synthèse et la transmission. 1/4 les de de en Secrétariat général Service des ressources humaines, des emplois et des compétences 27/09/2015 2/ Evènementiel - Organiser et promouvoir des évènements, en interne et à l’externe (conférences, témoignages, prix, challenges, concours, etc.) ; - Organiser et/ou participer à la mise en place et à la coordination d’ateliers, séminaires, rencontres, comités… ; - Contribuer à l’élaboration, la réalisation et la diffusion de supports de communication, en lien avec la Direction de la Communication et le Centre PolyMedia (imprimerie). Its Pôle Entrepreneuriat et Innovation (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, or PEI), supervised by the Office of Academics and Research, was created to promote, support, and guide the development of entrepreneurial initiatives stemming from the school’s ecosystem, in connection with its partners at the Université Paris-Saclay and abroad. To facilitate this, the PEI has set up a robust framework for entrepreneurial stimulation and assistance, consisting of a startup accelerator (X-UP), a business incubator (X-Tech), headquarters for prototyping and experimentation (X-F4B), and spaces for coworking and events. JOB DESCRIPTION Primary function: The person in this position will report directly to the head of the Ecole Polytechnique Pôle Entrepreneuriat et Innovation (PEI), and his or her main responsibility will be to develop and oversee communities of entrepreneurs, industrial firms, and other partners. The community manager will also be responsible for promoting various elements of the entrepreneurial facilities and services (in particular: X-UP, X-Tech and X-F4B), and organizing events (both internal and external). These functions will be performed in close collaboration with the other academic and administrative offices of the school. Primary activities: 1/ Community Management - Help connect entrepreneurs, undergraduate and graduate students, mentors, researchers, industrial partners, etc… whether by reinforcing the existing links between them or by forging new ones, and to encourage the development of other projects; - Promote the startups stemming from the Ecole Polytechnique entrepreneurial ecosystem, in cooperation with the school’s Office of Communications; - Participate in the definition and implementation of the PEI’s communications strategy; - Oversee and lead online communities on social networks; - Finalize and bring to life the PEI website; - Encourage exchanges of information with and between PEI network members; supervise the collection, compilation, and distribution of information. 2/ Events Management 3/4 Secrétariat général Service des ressources humaines, des emplois et des compétences - - 27/09/2015 Organize and promote events, both internally and externally (conferences, lectures, awards, challenges, contests, etc.); Organize and/or help to with the setup and coordination of workshops, seminars, meet-andgreets, committees, etc.; Contribute in the preparation, development and distribution of communications materials, in collaboration with the Office of Communications and the PolyMedia Center (on-campus print house).
