For urban greening and ecological construction in
Montreal, three themes to be explored during the
conference :
1. Industry : technical capacity and synergy (CAP)
2. Greening your roof : awareness, residential and
institutional project development (GR)
3. Policies and programs (POL)
Two plenary sessions will give participants a chance to
be inspired by the examples of important actors in green
roofs and sustainable buildings from Montreal, Quebec,
Toronto, Chicago and Minneapolis.
Four panels, bringing together experts from different
areas, will aim to identify courses of action for a
widespread greening of Montreal’s buildings.
