Greg Smith has 30 years of experience acting for Canadian public companies that operate in
North and South America, primarily in the natural resource sector. He advises clients on
corporate and securities law issues, formation and organization of private companies with a
view towards going public, stock exchange listings, capital markets financing, corporate
governance and corporate disclosure obligations, and mining option and joint venture
agreements. He has served as Corporate Secretary for several of his public company clients,
and strives to provide clients with practical and responsive service.
