(7.1.2) AVIS DE MOTION/NOTICE OF MOTION
Avis de motion est par la présente donné par la conseillère Michèle Logue-Wakeling
qu'un amendement au règlement municipal 04-2014 sur le Code d'éthique et de
déontologie pour les fonctionnaires élus est envisagée afin de se conformer aux
modifications apportées aux lois politiques de financement apportés par le projet de loi
83, qui a été adoptée à l'Assemblée nationale Juin 2016/ Notice of motion is hereby given
by Councillor Michèle Logue-Wakeling that an amendment to bylaw 04-2014 regarding
the Code of Ethics and Deontology for Elected Officials is being considered in order to
comply with changes to political financing laws brought about by bill 83, which was
passed in the National Assembly June 2016.
(7.1.3) SUPER CLINIQUE/SUPER CLINIC CLSC
Il est proposé que le conseil demande que CISSSO établit une super-clinique CLSC pour
desservir la région mi-Gatineau; QUE copie de la résolution soit transmise aux
municipalités dans le MRCVG afin d’obtenir leur soutien: QUE la présente soit envoyée
au ministre de la Santé ainsi qu’au membre de l'Assemblée nationale pour Gatineau,
Stéphanie Vallée/ Motion that council requests that CISSSO establishes a CLSC super
clinic in Low to serve the mid-Gatineau region; THAT a copy of the resolution be sent to
the municipalities in the MRCVG for their support: THAT it also be sent to the Minister of
Health, the Member of the National Assembly for Gatineau, Stéphanie Vallée.

ROADS – RAPPORT/REPORT
(7.2.1) CONTRAT DE DÉNEIGEMENT/SNOW PLOW CONTRACT
Il est proposé que le conseil approuve l'affichage du nouvel appel d’offre sur le site SEAO
à partir du 13 septembre au 27 septembre 2016/ Motion that that council approves the
posting of the new call for proposals on the SEAO site from September 13 until
September 27 .
(7.2.3) SUBVENTION/GRANT
Il est proposé que le conseil reconnaît la subvention de 32 435 $ de Stéphanie Vallée et
accepte que le travail doit être achevé le 10 Février 2017 et que tous les documents
associés et nécessaire doit être soumise avant cette date afin de recevoir la subvention/
Motion that council accepts the grant of $32,435 from Stephanie Vallee and accepts that
the work must be completed by February 10, 2017 and that all associated and required
paperwork must be submitted before this date in order to receive the grant.
7.3
PUBLIC SAFETY – RAPPORT-REPORT
(7.3.1) VENTE CITERNE/SALE TANKER
Il est proposé que la citerne soit vendu à Mark McLaughlin, pour 1 300 $/Motion to sell the
tanker to Mark McLaughlin for $1300.

ENVIRONMENT – RAPPORT -REPORT
(7.4.1) ACHAT CAMION DÉCHETS/PURCHASE GARBAGE TRUCK
Il est proposé que le conseil autorise l'acquisition du camion proposé (modèle Freightliner
114SD 25 verges) pour le prix de 245,371.91 plus les taxes applicables de Camion
Freightliner Mont-Laurier Inc; QUE le conseil accepte le credit bail proposé par SPAR
leasing au montant de 4,408.52 $ plus taxes et que la municipalité assume 50% du coût
mensuel tandis que l'autre moitié sera assumée par Denholm; QUE le conseil autorise la
participation des Conseillers Christopher Brownrigg et Lynn Visentin, ainsi que
l'inspecteur, Roch Courville et / ou la DG, Franceska Gnarowski sur le Comité Intermunicipale/ Motion that council authorises the acquisition of the proposed truck
(Freightliner model 114SD 25 yards for the price of 245,371.91 plus applicable taxes from
Camion Freightliner Mont-Laurier Inc; THAT council accepts the lease to own proposal
from SPAR leasing in the amount of $4,408.52 plus taxes with the municipality assuming
50% of the monthly cost while the other half is assumed by Denholm ; THAT council
authorises the participation of Councillors Christopher Brownrigg and Lynn Visentin as
well as the Inspector, Roch Courville and/or the DG, Franceska Gnarowski. On the InterMunicipal Sanitation Committee;

Il est proposé le conseil autorise une subvention de 1 000 $ pour soutenir l'événement
connu sous le nom de Plein feu sur Low. Motion to authorise a grant of $1000 to the event
known as High Notes in Low.
