Glass textile wallcoverings
Glass fibre wallcoverings are decorative fabrics used for covering of walls,
doors, furniture and other interior areas. They can be sticked on plaster,
concrete, wood, and other surfaces.
Fabric from first-quality non-alkaline glass yarn is stiffened with a waterbased dispersal binder. This enables the wallcovering to have a paper
feel and a smooth surface. The wallcovering is hygienic and non-toxic, it
is water resistant and non-flammable together with resistance to other
materials.
Non-flamability is guaranteed according to CSN 73 0823, class B, C1
(this corresponds to DIN 4102 / A2, B1).
Glass wallcoverings are designed primarily for modification of offices,
hospitals, hotels, shops, cinemas and other public facilities. They are
impressive and useful in apartments of flats, and can be even used for
adaptation of bathrooms and showers.
The wallcoverings are available in several decorative structures, as the
plain weave, twill weave and its variants. The surface has mostly a raised
face of fine, smooth patterns.
Apart from the decorative effects, glass wallcoverings also offer the
improvement of mechanical protection of surfaces. According to the
used finish treatment natural air and air moisture permeability, water
resistance and even washability is possible.
In contrast to traditional textile or paper wallcoverings glass
wallcoverings significantly improve the fire-resistance of the whole
building system.
Because glass matrix is a natural inorganic material, it does not provide
a cultivating medium for molds, mites or bacteria. Therefore glass
wallcoverings make interiors more suitable for allergics and allergic
asthmatics, and are effective in the maintenance of clean, sterile
environments such as in hospital and restrooms.

Delivery, packing, transport, storage
The glass textile wallcoverings are delivered in separate, 100 cm width
rolls (by plain weaves, by twill weaves it is ca 100 cm due to the pattern)
with the basic length of 50 meters.
The lateral edges of the roll are properly protected against damage. The
rolls are packed in shrinking foil and then placed into a cardbox onto a
120 × 80 cm pallet in a vertical position. Nominal parametres and packing
methods are stated on specification sheets for individual products.
The wallcoverings have to be stored packed in a dry, preferably tempered
place, without load. The storage temperature should not exceed 30 °C
and the relative humidity should not be higher than 70%.

Skleněné tapety jsou dekorační tkaniny, určené k polepování stěn, dveří,
nábytku a jiných interiérových ploch. Lze je aplikovat na omítku, beton,
dřevo a další podklady.
Tkanina z kvalitní bezalkalické skleněné příze je natužena disperzním
pojivem na vodné bázi, které zajišťuje vlastní tapetě papírový omak
a hladký povrch, hygienickou nezávadnost, odolnost proti působení vody
i dalších látek a nehořlavost.
Nehořlavost je garantována dle ČSN 73 0823, třída B, C1 (odpovídá
DIN 4102 / A2, B1).
Skleněná tapeta je určena především pro úpravu kanceláří, místností
a chodeb v nemocnicích, hotelích, kinech, divadlech, obchodech apod.
Velmi působivá a účelná je skleněná tapeta také v bytech; lze ji použít
i pro úpravu stěn koupelen a sprchových koutů.
Tapety jsou provedeny v několika dekorativních strukturách ve vazbě
plátnové, keprové a jejich odvozeninách. Povrch tapety je nejčastěji
s výrazným plastickým povrchem nebo s jemnými hladkými vzory,
případně vzory připomínajícími jutové plátno.
Kromě dekorativního efektu nabízí skleněná tapeta také zlepšení
mechanické ochrany stěn, podle použité povrchové úpravy vodoodolnost
až omyvatelnost, přirozenou prodyšnost vzduchu a vzdušné vlhkosti
a oproti tradičním textilním nebo papírovým tapetám zlepšuje výrazně
požární odolnost celého systému. Protože skleněná matrice je přírodní
anorganický materiál, který neumožňuje vytvořit živnou půdu pro plísně,
roztoče, bakterie apod., jsou interiéry opatřené skleněnou tapetou
vhodnější pro alergiky a alergické astmatiky.
Glasfasertapeten erfreuen sich zunehmender Beliebtheit
als Innendekoration von Wänden, Türen und Möbeln. Sie lassen sich
auf Putz, Beton, Holz oder anderem Untergrund verwenden. VERTEX
Glasfasertapeten sind derzeit die einzigen Qualitäten die sowohl
in Kette als auch in Schuß aus volumisierten E-Glasfasern hergestellt
werden. Durch geeignete Kunststoffappreturen ist eine hervorragende
Verarbeitbarkeit gewährleistet. Diese Appreturen bewirken eine
faserfreie und dekorative Oberflächenstruktur. VERTEX Glasfasertapeten
sorgen für bessere hygienische Bedingungen als Tapeten auf Basis
anderer Rohmaterialien. Sie sind feuchtigkeitsbeständig und nach
den Richtlinien des Institutes für Bautechnik in Berlin auf Unbrennbarkeit
nach Klasse A2 (DIN 4102) geprüft. Eine weitere Prüfung des Frauenhofer
Institutes bestätigt das Fehlen von Formaldehydbestandteilen.
Typische Anwendungsbereiche sind öffentliche Gebäude wie Museen,
Theater, Behörden sowie Krankenhäuser, Hotels, Kinos und private
Wohnräumlichkeiten. Das VERTEX Tapetenprogramm umfaßt eine
breite Palette von unterschiedlichen und sehr dekorativen Strukturen.
Die Verarbeitung ist sowohl durch Auftragen eines geeigneten Klebers
auf den entsprechenden Untergrund, als auch mit Leimauftragsgeräten
direkt auf die Tapete möglich. Bei Verwendung geeigneter
Anstrichsysteme können VERTEX Glasfasertapeten nicht nur in trockenen
Innerräumen sondern auch in Feuchträumen verwendet werden.
Neben der hohen und allen anderen Tapetensystemen weit überlegenen
Strapazierfähigkeit, kann das anorganische Glasfasermaterial nicht
verrotten und keinen entsprechenden Nährboden für Schimmel, Milben
und Bakterien bilden.
Ces tissus muraux sont des tissus décoratifs destinés à être collés sur les
cloisons, portes, éléments de mobilier et autres surfaces intérieures. Ils
peuvent être appliqués directement sur le crépi, le béton, le bois et sur
d‘autres surfaces encore.
Le tissu est en fibres de verre de qualité, sans alcalis et est renforcé
par une imprégnation dispersive en solution aqueuse, ce qui assure
un toucher semblable au papier et une surface plane, une hygiène
impeccable, une résistance à l‘eau et à d‘autres produits, et surtout
l‘ininflammabilité.
L‘ininflammabilité est garantie selon la norme ČSN 73 0823 pour les
classes B, C1 (correspondant à DIN 4102 / A2, B1).
Le tissu mural en fibres de verre est particulièrement bien adapté à la
finition des lieux publics (bureaux, locaux et couloirs dans les hôpitaux,
hôtels, cinémas, théâtres, commerces, etc.). Il est aussi très très adapt
habitations privées et convient particulièrement bien pour la finition
des pièces humides (salles de bains, cuisines).
Les tissus sont réalisés en plusieurs structures décoratives en armure
toilée, sergée et leurs dérivés. La surface du tissu présente une structure
plastique ou de fins décors lisses, éventuellement l‘aspect d‘une toile
de jute.
Outre l‘effet décoratif, le tissu en fibre de verre permet aussi d‘améliorer
la protection mécanique des cloisons et, selon l‘imprégnation choisie,
la résistance à l‘eau (lavable dans certains cas); la respiration naturelle
des cloisons et surtout, à la différence des tissu muraux en papier, une
résistance au feu de tout le système. Parce que les tissus muraux en
fibres de verre sont un matériel anorganique naturel ne permettant pas
la formation d‘un milieu favorable au développement des moisissures,
acariens et bactéries, les intérieurs ainsi équipés conviennent au mieux
aux allergiques et asthmatiques.
Le large choix de motifs, de couleurs et la possibilité d‘utiliser différentes
techniques de peinture ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives aux architectes
et aux utilisateurs.
Dodávání, balení, doprava, skladování
Tapety ze skleněných vláken Vertex se dodávají v jednotlivých rolích
o šířce 100 cm (u plátnových vazeb; u keprové vazby cca 100 cm dle
střídy vzoru) a základní délce role 50 m. Čela role jsou vhodně chráněna
proti poškození a role je zabalena do smršťovací folie a uložena do
kartonového obalu na paletě 120 × 80 cm ve svislé poloze.
Jmenovité parametry a způsob balení tapet jsou uvedeny
na specifikačních listech jednotlivých výrobků.
Tapety je třeba skladovat zabalené v suchých, nejlépe temperovaných
místnostech bez zatížení, při teplotách do 30 °C a relativní vlhkosti
do 70 %.
Lieferung, Verpackung, Transport, Lagerung
VERTEX Glasfasertapeten werden in Standardbreiten von 100 cm und
Lauflängen 50 m alt. 25 m geliefert. Jede Rolle ist in Schrumpffolie
verpackt, wobei die Stirnflächen zusätzlich mit einem geeigneten
Stoßschutz versehen sind. Die Standardverpackung besteht aus
Palettenkartons mit den Abmessungen 120 × 80 cm. In diesen Kartons
stehen die einzelnen Rollen senkrecht.
Das Material sollte in trockenen Räumen gelagert werden und bei
Lagerung keinen höheren Temperaturen als 30 °C und keiner höheren
Feuchtigkeit als 70 % ausgesetzt werden.
Fourniture, emballage, transport, entreposage
Les tissus muraux en fibres de verre Saint-Gobain Vertex sont fournis en
rouleaux d‘une largeur de 100 cm pour les armures toilées et de 100 cm
env. pour les armures sergées (selon le motif), et d’une longueur standard
de 50 m. Les rouleaux sont protégés par une feuille thermo-rétractable
et rangés en position verticale dans une caisse en carton posée sur une
palette 80 × 120 cm.
Les paramètres nominaux et le type d‘emballage sont mentionnés sur les
feuilles de spécification de chaque produit.
Les conditions de stockages les plus favorables sont: des locaux secs,
tempérés avec une température ne dépassant pas 30 °C et sous une
humidité relative inférieure à 70 %.
