Description
Stéphane Audy is specialized in civil and
commercial litigation. His many years of
experience have allowed him to develop strong
analysis, drafting, strategy and negotiation skills.
He has litigated before all levels of civil courts in
Quebec and has also participated in arbitration.
While Stéphane’s practice focuses mainly on
construction law, he has also experience in other
fields, including insurance and environmental law.
In addition, he advises clients in injunction matters,
from both the applicant’s and the defendant’s
perspectives, often in cases involving noncompetition clauses, duty of loyalty and obligations
in general. He is also highly effective at collecting
accounts.

Stéphane has been a salmon fishing enthusiast for
more than twenty-five years and has been
involved for more than ten years in various
activities and organizations aimed at protecting
and conserving this invaluable resource in
Quebec.
Since 2015 - President of the benefit dinner for the
Dégustation de vins et de fromages de prestige of
the Fondation de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis
In addition, he has presided for three years, and
until recently, the Association des sauvaginiers de
la grande région de Québec (ASGRQ), an
organization concerned with all aspects of
migratory bird hunting (safety courses, young
hunters programs, clinics, code of ethics, etc.).
2013-2014 - Member of the organizing committee
for the Dégustation de vins et de fromages de
prestige of the Fondation de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis.
2013-2015 - Member of the judges panel for the
Les Pléiades in the Le Constructeur category.
