participation de votre enfant à cette rencontre. Après la date limite, les parents seront
responsables des frais de compétition.

Départ :
Nous partirons du Centre aquatique vers 6 h 15 vendredi le 9 novembre.
Retour :
L’autobus partira dimanche après les finales et arrivera à Pointe-Claire vers 3 h
00 du matin. Nous demanderons aux enfants d’avertir leurs parents par
téléphone
Alimentation : Les chaperons organiseront les repas. Nous informerons tous les nageurs du
coût de la nourriture quand tout sera planifié.

IMPORTANT: Please advise the swim club administrator YES or NO by the deadline date
regarding your child`s participation in this competition. After the deadline date, parents are
responsible for costs.

Departure:
We will be leaving by bus from the pool around 6:00 am on Friday.
Return:
We will be returning Sunday night after finals at approximately 3:00 am. The kids
will phone home on Sunday night in order to give a more definite arrival time.
Food:
Chaperones will be organizing the meals for the trip. We will inform you of the
cost once this has been organized
