Donc négocier avec des gens avec lesquels nous partageons les mêmes valeurs : groupe familial, soucis du travail bien fait, fait éthique des affaires,… affaires •Data room et due diligence : documents (chiffre d’affaire, marge, litiges, plaintes,…..) clairs et précis dûment commentés en s’assurant de la parfaite synchronisation y de l’ensemble et en tenant compte p des nouveaux éléments qui q interfèrent continuellement car l’entreprise continue à fonctionner. •Transparence vis-à-vis du personnel : l’informer sur l’avancement du dossier dans les limites « autorisées » par la transaction en cours •La détermination de chacun à faire aboutir la transaction, transaction une fois que ll’on on a choisi le futur partenaire.
